This location is well-run. They have employees handling transactions for different issues to keep the line moving. There are self-service copiers and other items that allow you to skip the line. You can also drop off Fed Ex packages without standing in line. They offer a lot of printing services that are advertised on the walls, but a conversation with an employee is the best way to get the information. I don't recommend parking in front of the store. That row leads to an exit on the road and frequently has heavy traffic. Consider driving around to the row on the other side from it. Traffic is lighter there and there's less chance you'll get hit by pulling out. read more

The box I received from Walmart was the same box I used to return to Walmart, unfortunately the box arrived extremely damaged. FedEx did charge me $3.75 to rebox the item. Not any fault of FedEx . Today I just used the service, and I wasn't thrilled with the overweight man with the filthy long nails. I have a QR code for him to scan, but his device does not work very well. He asked me to turn up the brightness on my phone, but when I replied that it was bright but still dark because of the private screen protection, he grabbed it without my permission and began to scan the code. I said that perhaps you need to buy a new scanner because I went to UPS without any problems. He snatched my phone without asking me, isn't very kind, and I think he's dirty. read more

I rarely give a negative review. This FedEx center charged me 280 dollars, and they did not print correctly. My training got canceled, so I looked at it after a month, and I saw that half of the training material was all printed incorrectly(upside down), so it was so hard to read. When I called them, they refused to correct it and reprint the copies. Such a worst service I have never received! It is all printed upside down on side alone and bound ! read more

Walked in the store 5 minutes before the last drop off time with a huge box. Waited in line for 12 minutes just to be told the driver just closed out and it won't go out until tomorrow! I watched them close him out right in front of me as two of us, now at the front of the line, had large, pre-labeled boxes to drop! I shipped a package to Phoenix, AZ, that had to be delivered by Wednesday January 5th in order to have products needed for a work job on January 6th. The FedEx office told me it would be guaranteed for delivery by January 5th by 11am to the destination address. I agreed to this paying $291.83. I knew this was a lot, but I trusted FedEx to deliver this package on time (I've had bad experiences with USPS and UPS; they charge less but have failed to make delivery dates). Paying more for a guaranteed delivery seemed agreeable. I was immensely disappointed when on January 5th I checked the package tracker and my package had not been delivered as per the agreement. I was even more disappointed with FedEx customer service when I called and they could not tell me when my package would be delivered and they could not refund any payments because they package hadn't been delivered and there was no "invoice" number yet (because it isn't created until the package is delivered). So the next day I checked my package tracker number again and the package was delivered January 6th at 2pm; 27 hours past what I had paid for the package to be delivered. So I called FedEx customer service again (because now there would be an invoice number). I was extremely disappointed with the treatment by the customer service representative this time: 1) he said the package had been delivered so no compensation would be provided (despite the package having been 27 hours late--if I had wanted the package to be delivered on Thursday I could have paid a lot less to get it to Phoenix that day versus Wednesday), 2) the customer representative told me because of weather in Memphis, TN, is why my package was late (now I feel for FedEx with transportation issues: but their transport issues are fedexs problem--not mine; I paid for a service and made a signed agreement of delivery with FedEx for January 5th-when that agreement could not be made I should get a refund-planes or trucks could be delayed all over the US, and which planes or trucks FedEx uses is not my problem), 3) the customer representative passed me off to their supervisor and this is when it really got bad in terms of customer service: the supervisor became belligerent and stated that FedEx has a holiday policy that no refunds will be made for late delivery of packages, and then hung up on me. I was flabbergasted. I've never had a customer service representative be so rude and then just hang up. FedEx has lost me as a customer. A policy that places a moratorium on refunds for late delivery is absurd. When a customer pays a lot of money for a guaranteed delivery and FedEx doesn't meet their end of the agreement then there should be compensation back to the customer. No matter what the issue. There is no sign at FedEx, there is no notice on the receipt I signed with FedEx about a moratorium on refund policy, there was no mention by the FedEx office representative of this possibility, and your FedEx website has no obvious display of this moratorium policy. It's ridiculous that FedEx would charge by the size and weight of a package and base that against the date of requested delivery the price a customer pays for said delivery of package, and then FedEx not be held accountable financially for late delivery's. It is fedexs main purpose in business to deliver packages by agreed to dates. It's your primary mission. And in this case you failed. And not compensating your customer for your breaking of your end of the contract is wrong. I will never use FedEx again based on this experience. And I'll tell my story to anyone who is considering on shipping a package. read more

I have been going to this FedEx for years, and the team there couldn't be more helpful. I ship things out almost weekly with James and the others and they all make it easy. Typical FedEx, very busy. The staff have to multitask between printing, shipping and just doing the regular customer service things and you can tell they are giving it their all, but FedEx doesn't give enough people to make the job seem easy. Minimal of 3 team members should be there at all times, but lots of times when I walk in I see 1-2 and those members are working like crazy on orders, shipping, etc. I appreciate what they are doing and will continue to support this location. read more

I'm happy to have a FedEx in my neighborhood area. My printer is out of ink, and I'm saving a little more to buy an new laser printer in a month or two. Until then, I need to go to somewhere to print out any document. Whenever I'm at this location, the employees are helpful, and usually there is no line at the copy/printing machines. You should expect a long line to talk to a front desk personnel during holidays. Stop by sometime not too busy, otherwise you'll be standing in a line for like 30 minutes. I can accept that the company has limitations. I can accept that the employees just don't know what to do or can't do anything. What I can not understand is why people go out of their way to be ugly. There is no point in bossing me around as if you didn't hear what the problem was. There is no point in yelling across the lobby a hostile "Have a good day." Why do people go out of their way to act inappropriately? Could have saved yourself time and effort to just go on. I spent quite a lot of time actually thinking about this. Why?!?! My answers are in this case these folks just have no idea what it means to serve. They want to be in charge, and they have never been corrected, and when they can't be in charge or they come to the realization that they have acted wrongly, then in order to assert themselves, they go further in acting wrongly. It makes me sad to leave a poor review for the Fed Ex printing shops as I frequent them a lot (working from home), but this location is always the worst. This past Tuesday I went into the office to buy some shopping supplies and a Diet Coke. I waited almost 20 minutes in line - they had 3 people working yet only 1 was attending to customers. Finally, one of the ladies helped me out. I asked her if they sold stamps here and she said "well, I hope not because we aren't a Post Office and I don't want to work at a Post Office." I came pretty close to closing and had a really good experience. When I walked in I was greeted and got in line behind one person. Their was only one person working so she assured me that she would be with me in just a second. It didn't take very long for her to get to me. I just needed to pick up a couple of pages I had ordered online. They hadn't been printed yet even though the email confirmation said they should be ready. But it wasn't a problem, the associate just printed them for me and was very nice. Then I went to use the self serve computer in order to scan the document I had just signed. After reading the instructions they had in the booth doing everything was easy enough. My only complaint was that the machine charges around $0.40 per minute. And for each document I tried to scan the scanner took almost 30 seconds to "warm up". So I ended up paying over $3 just to scan a couple of pages. I really feel like they invest in one of the scanners that can directly save to a flash drive or email the scanned document. Then they can just charge a small fee per page like they do for printing. So overall I was very happy with the service and quality, it was only the high price that made this place fall short of a 5 star review. read more

He didn't have a clue how any of the technology worked. Also if your printer can't scan to email, there shouldn't be an option for that on the touch screen, or there should be a sign.
