Per the attached photo, this Fed Ex location moved. The new location is located in the Target shopping center, which is down the street from the old location. I had a lot of packages to ship and boxes to purchase. The store traffic was steady for a Thursday afternoon. The Assistant Manager helped me get everything shipped out before the cutoff time. I went to drop off some items to ship, one of my labels was not scanning correctly. I didn't have access to get another one. I asked the Dee the counter associate and she acted like it was a major inconvenience, on top of that there were two errors on the address. When I asked her to fix it, Dee proceeded to let me know that the system auto populated the address, even though I had other packages that reflected the correct address. After I asked to get someone to help her she fixed the address. She was rude and seemed like she did not want to be there. I hope she gets better customer service skills. read more

Poor attitudes and poor service. I brought in a box with shipping label to mail. I just had not taped the box. I was told that they weren't allowed to ship computers with other hardware in the same box. I was told that I would need to purchase 3 boxes at $25 per box, before it could me mailed. I refused. After a few tense moments, the Representative finally did the right thing and taped the box to be mailed. Completely ridiculous! I'm not sure if they were just trying to make extra money by lying, being mean and hateful for the fun of it, or racist. Either way , this should be addressed before a lawsuit. read more

I was so incredibly blown away by the help from Dee and Derek! I went to the UPS store and had a horrible experience, not expecting much I went to fedex and was greeted by the wonderful Dee who not only listened to my concerns but went above and way beyond to make sure they would take care of me. She helped me unload 20 boxes from my car all ranging from 40-100 lbs and did it with such a great attitude! I had to match each box with the correct label and Derek was fantastic and did it all! I have had good experiences with this location before for small things like shipping or quick printing, but last night was the first time that I needed something large printed and they dropped the ball in a major way. I'm leaving for a conference on Thursday morning and I needed my poster printed. I called at 4:45 pm (they close at 10 pm) & asked if they had the time to print it. I had the two size specifications that I was interested in and the exact type of paper that I was looking for--I just needed a quote (four quotes in total) and we could proceed. I had the document ready to email as well and it was formatted correctly (I've been doing this since 2007). Megan told me that it wouldn't be a problem and she would send me a quote in an hour. I get everything sent to her by 5:03 pm in a detailed email. 7:30 pm: No quote via email, no call. I call them because I'm concerned and I speak to some kid who tells me that they are busy and backed up (Megan never said they were busy??), but I'm next in the queue and I should get a call in 15 - 20 minutes. He also tells me not to worry because printing my poster only takes 20 minutes. I'm worried, but I hang up and wait. 8:30 pm: NO CALL, NO EMAIL WITH THE QUOTE. I'm now angry. I call the Ben White store since I work down South to see if they can get it done tomorrow while I'm at work. Joel is great and super accommodating, and I get it sent to him to get it started tomorrow morning. 8:42 pm: Megan finally sends me 2 quotes--for the highest priced paper & has multiple questions, some of which were already addressed in my initial email. She could have called me seeing that my phone number was in my initial email. Doesn't provide me quotes for the other type of paper. I answer her back & ask her for my other quotes & tell her to call me. 9:10 pm: NO CALL. I call Megan & she hasn't read my email, she never ran the other quotes, & I'll need to wait at least 20 minutes for her to run those quotes (I received those quotes at 9:45 pm). OH, and there's absolutely no way that she can get my poster done tonight because she's now alone in the store and she's too busy. ***So she's had my poster for over 4 hours and not one time did she or anyone else call me or tell me that they were too busy to handle my order.*** Had someone let me know, I would have contacted another store. NEGLIGENT AF. Gabbie at the Ben White Store contacted me at 7:15 am this morning, told me that they received my email, provided me with a quote, and we confirmed the order within 5 minutes. My poster was ready at 1:05 pm today even though Gabbie told me that it would be ready at 8 pm. Ben White is a much smaller store and they had three employees working when I walked in. Perhaps they should train Round Rock on customer service and following through on what you promise. read more

This location is huge with a lot of resources to get what you need done. I'm giving 2 stars only because I feel like I was taken advantage of because of my ignorance. I rarely ship anything so I put my trust to the cashier. After he rang up my 2 envelopes he told me $19.80. I was like wow that's expensive, I asked him if there's a cheaper method. He said no. So I swiped my card and left. Later I looked at my receipt and it said fedex express. I told him very clearly this package is in no rush and I just want the cheapest method. I don't think express is the cheapest method, he could've offered me FedEx ground. Anyway, I've learned my lesson to double check before swiping, thanks to him. To give him the benefit of doubt, his badge said 'in training'. But still, if he's training he shouldn't have been left alone at the register. On the up side, I left my originals next to the copier and after I realized 3 days later, they still kept it for me to pick up. That was nice of them to do! read more

This has been the best Kinkos experience I've had in years. One of the associates by the name of "Mel" helped me today and she was attentive and had a great attitude. I was expecting the associate to tell me to drop off my flash drive and come back later to pick up the job/order. Mel helped me right away and did not make me feel "rushed" or like I was inconveniencing her. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. FE - lemme check.. oh yep, I'm not sure why they're black and white..? Me - ... FE - we can reprint them, it'll be a little bit Me - how long is that? FE - well, we have to reprint all of them, what is it 50? Copies.. yeah that will take a little bit. Me - no, how long is a little bit? FE - oh yeah.. sure I understand that things get messed up when you order online, but the fact that this place couldn't offer up any solutions to fix my problem really irked me. This is literally the worst customer service I have EVER had in my life! Let me prompt my insults with what happened to me today: I go in to this location ready to send a birthday gift to one of my best friends back home. (we just moved across the country so we mail things home A LOT) The gentleman assisting me (assistant manager who needed to ask lower level employees a million questions he should have known himself) wrapped up the package and completely sealed it before giving me a quote. He then told me it would be 19 dollars (25 dollars worth of extremely lightweight products inside.) I said "Really? Because all of my Christmas gifts home combined cost less than that.." He said "Yes. We can cancel it....I guess....But it will be 6 dollars for the box I used." Would not give me my things back that I never paid him to ship until he was paid for the box. I was charged 6 dollars for NOTHING. I went down the street to Post Net and shipped it home for 7 dollars TOTAL for 3 day shipping, OH and that included confirmation and insurance. I'm a software engineer who's good at computers and knows his way around photoshop. My wife is not as good with computers. We've both had excellent experiences at this fedex/kinkos location. Most recently, Alex A helped me with a custom print job that required a special card stock double sided print, and lamination. In a matter of minutes Alex was able to take two image files and align them properly for a great double sided print that made my project come out flawlessly. Had I attempted this job at home or at the store on my own, the job would have taken me half an hour to an hour and would have involved several botched attempts at doing the print correctly. Instead, with Alex's help, the job was done perfectly the first time, extremely quickly. He and his teammates were also very helpful with other remaining questions I had as a I took the print, cut it up, and ran it through the lamination machine. I appreciate Alex and everyone's help and will highly recommend this particular kinkos store in the future. read more

I don't come here too often, but when I do it is for specific printing needs: posters, small banners, fliers, brochures, etc. Each time they have been able to provide me many options to resolve my issue, even if it meant saving the costs by getting some things done in a different fashion, they focus on you the customer and provide the suggestions that you need. The crowds and rush can be busy in the holiday time frames, but normal everyday crowds are very light and the printing they get done is great quality. read more

Our printer bit the dust and I needed to print some certificates for an upcoming Thai massage class. I dropped in, quickly enough found the self serve computer and accessed email to grab the doc and print. 40+ blank pages of utter irritation. The machine has already taken my credit info...I Downloaded the document, printed again and we're golden. I approached the counter and the young lady immediately withdrew the extra charges via my card and made all well with the world. I prefered $15.00 over $50.00 for black and white print outs. I use this center because it's close to home and If my printer isn't working at home it's the main choice. read more

Long story short, do NOT give your business to this FEDEX location. When I first walked in with my boyfriend, we were greeted by a friendly young employee who seemed extremely helpful up until she handed us over to a miserable and rude older employee who clearly hates her job and has some type of managing position at this location. Before we even received a quote, this unpleasant older woman had an attitude from the gecko and asked us "how we plan on printing all of these pages". And after I inform her that I will provide a usb drive for easy and quick access to the documents that need to be printed, she then looks at her computer screen and says that it's going to be about $280 to print 2300 pages. Prior to coming into this location, my boyfriend called and asked how much it would be to have this job done so that we were prepared when we came in to have the job executed. He was given a quote over the phone of $77.00 so of course when she said $280, I turned to my boyfriend and expressed how shocked I was of the huge difference in pricing. For about five minutes of going back-and-forth with this employee with questions as to how we could avoid this huge unexpected amount, she suggested double sided printing. After realizing that double sided printing was an option, In excitement, I said "OK great let's do it. How much is it going to save me to do this option?" Then after looking at her screen again, the unpleasant employee assisting us turns her head toward us and says that now she's going to charge me an additional amount just for her to open each document so that she can print it double sided. While trying to be understanding of the labor that would go into this, I asked how much the fee would be to do this task. She then looks around the room, and then starts doing some kind of mathematics in her head, and without looking at any kind of document or screen to refer to for pricing she just makes up a random number and tells me it's going to be like an additional $80 for her to personally open up every PDF and print it double-sided and then also included the fact that she will not be getting this all done today and that it won't even be ready until 2 to 3 days from now. I then grow even more frustrated and turn to my boyfriend and say "this should literally be as easy as highlighting all items and right clicking, then pressing print".. and the second I finish my statement, this woman has an even nastier attitude and says "don't tell me how to do my job." Considering The fact that I wasn't even talking to her, I did her the favor of ignoring her commentary and proceeded to continue my conversation with my boyfriend about what other options we had instead of using this FedEx print Center. Since this was a work project, I stepped away to get approval from my boss to pay the amount she fabricated on the spot. Once he confirms that we don't need to print the full 2,300 pages, I then go back to the counter and ask her how much it would be to print only 1,200 pages instead. Now she repeats the act of doing mathematics in her head and says it's going to be $270. Note that she initially said that 2,300 pages was going to be $280. NOW I'm distrusting and angry. I ask her how this is even possible and she then aggressively grabs a notepad and asked me for my name and to spell it out. Once she was done writing my name I was just completely fed up and said "never mind I'm just going to go elsewhere" and thanked her for her time. This was the WORST experience I have EVER had at any FEDEX store. I do plan on reporting this incident to corporate because I'm sure they will want to know that this woman has a managerial position and that she solely is reason why they just lost a loyal customer.
