I contacted them at around 9:30 on a Friday morning to print out a spiral bound book, some massive sheets of stickers, various double-sided and cut cards, and a few other random things. Bibek got back to me in a matter of minutes, got the quote to me in a couple hours (after a few back-and-forths on details), and had everything printed by ~3pm. To top it off, since they closed at 5pm and I wouldn't be able to get there, they delivered it for free to my office. It was a little pricey, but considering how last-minute my request was and how good the printed quality was, I can't be too upset. read more

The staff at Alpha Graphics is friendly, consummately professional, and helpful. Their prices are the best I've found and they truly care about their customers. My company has used them intermittently for years, and a friend of mine uses them for all his personal printing needs. In four years he has never been disappointed with their service. Recently, they helped me print and ship a whole mess o' flyers (next day!) at the last minute. AlphaGraphics has been an absolute delight to work with. In December of 2011 my small business was looking for business cards and paper materials that would be appropriate for our boutique investment bank. Kyle was our point person and he went above and beyond in assisting us. He helped us trouble shoot how our logo colors printed on paper (apparently purple instead of blue...) and provide d great insight into how we could enhance the style of our cards. Being in a relationship business I can appreciate above and beyond service and that's what I got with Alpha. They are now assisting us with some new materials for presentations and sales decks. Most important to us, was that Kyle took the time to understand our business and then assisted us towards our business goals rather than just showing us what we asked of him. Great product and fast! Quick responses for the quote request, spec questions, and the team really wanted to make sure the final product was perfect. Some printers don't care or suggest that you proof your first draft before running the order, which can be a huge waste of time and money. Alphagraphics is truly professional and insists on proofing! I've worked with Reuben on two projects. The first was a vinyl lettering design. The second was a vinyl sticker design mounted onto a cardboard stand.
