They want me to drop it off before giving me a price but I need a range of bids depending upon what the repair may be.

The customer service at Caliber was outstanding from start to finish. The two friendly team members at the front desk were welcoming and helpful, and every service advisor I interacted with was professional and attentive. I was completely blown away when my vehicle was repaired in just two days. While there was a small hiccup during pickup, my service advisor immediately jumped into action and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. A special shoutout goes to Jason Lee, who truly goes above and beyond for his customers. A dealership had left a sticker on my car more than two years ago, and despite my many unsuccessful attempts to remove it, Jason graciously took care of it for me. It's that level of service and attention to detail that sets Caliber apart. Caliber even coordinated with Enterprise to pick me up so I could get my rental car, making an already stressful situation much easier. This experience turned me into a raving fan. If I ever need collision repair services again, Caliber will be my first call. Highly recommended!

First of all, I want to say Caliber Collision did an excellent job on the body work on my car. The…read moreright passenger door had been heavily damaged and it's good as new now. They did take a little longer to do the repair than I was initially led to believe but I understand these things can happen. My only real complaint would be the customer service aspect. The man who inspected and wrote up the quote on the car was rude and unprofessional. Not knowing the process of repairing the car, I made a comment about how I thought they would simply swap out the damaged car door. He immediately got an attitude, stating that I didn't know what I was talking about. He was tired of hearing people who assumed they understood the process of body work repair and that HE was the expert, not them. He also said, "would you assume to tell a brain surgeon how to do his job?" Seriously? He was comparing himself to a brain surgeon? In my business I am often meeting customers who do not understand the process and make incorrect assumptions. I don't take it personal, and I politely explain the correct process to them. It doesn't hurt my ego in any way. Again Caliber did a fine job on the body work, but the rude employee there needs to learn how to leave his pathetically weak ego at the door when he checks in for work.

I recently had to bring my Tesla Model Y in twice for 2 accidents only a few weeks apart. This is…read morethe only Tesla Certified shop in my area. Accident #1 Feb 2025 - Rear passenger side door deep gash and a dent on a front passage door body line. I worked with Michael. This needed a whole repaint of that door panel and the rear quarter panel. There was also a small dent in the body line that they removed by PDR for $300 (damage was separate from the accident). The whole estimate process was very quick about 15 mins when I brought my car to the shop. It took another 1-2 days for insurance to approve the estimate. Estimated repair time was 2 weeks. Repairs were done in 13 days! Accident #2 March 2025 - Rear ended, dented trunk, and scratched up bumper. I worked with Nick. Needed a trunk replacement and rear lower bumper repainted. Insurance approved the estimate same day. Quoted repair time was 2-4 weeks depending on parts availability. Repairs were done in 7 days in the end. The GOOD - Quality of BOTH paint jobs are very professional. I cannot visually distinguish where they blended the paint. - The paintless dent repair job was great. Again, I couldn't even tell there was damage there originally. - General clean and wash was done after the repairs - Good actual turnaround times vs estimated time. - I was updated on the status of my repair 1-2 times weekly. Their intake form asks you how often you want to be updated, so fill that out accordingly. Where they could IMPROVE - More attention to detail is needed when cleaning. There were still various dirty shoe and grease marks around the car like in the outer driver side footwell, door sills, trunk, and on the light grey headliner. When the rest of the car is clean, these things stand out more. Keeping in mind they aren't a detail shop, I wasn't expecting it to be spotless, but these were just some minor gripes I had. OVERALL I'd feel confident bringing my car in again. In the past reviews, I see a lot of mentions of delayed turnaround times likely due to parts shortages during COVID. Given that Teslas are so abundant nowadays, I don't see it being a major issue anymore. Having done 2 separate repairs managed by different people, I'm satisfied with my experience and would bring my car back if I needed repairs.

NEVER take your Tesla to them! I took my Tesla in with a scrape under the passenger doors. The…read moreinitial estimate was under $3846 - seemed expensive but understandable because of Tesla's design. When they started to work in it they found a dent in the bracket that holds the battery, said the battery would need replacing, and that the car was "totaled". I argued that it was not damage to the battery, but Chase from Crash Champions said that it was according to Tesla's guidelines and would not check with Tesla. I went to the Tesla dealer and talked to the service manager. He looked up the Tesla documentation and agreed with me - the battery did not warrant replacement. After the documentation was supplied to Crash Champions they were forced to reconsider. I had never received a detailed estimate, even though I had requested several times, but I finally got one! What a SHOCK - the repair estimate was still over the value of the car. The estimate had many things I questioned including two new passenger wheels and tires - I NEVER HIT ANYTHING! In my experience, Crash Champions, and Chase Perry, have shown themselves to be unqualified to repair Teslas and unethical in their business practices. State Farm Insurance has also proved themselves to have absolutely no concern for customers and has backed Crash Champions from day one. NEVER TAKE YOUR TESLA TO CRASH CHAMPIONS! So I took my 15 year old Hyundai Santa Fe in for an estimate on a failed factory paint job. The owner was right up front explaining the extra work to strip, sand and extensive prep work that would be required before even starting to re paint my gloss black paint. It seems to be a common flaw in the early black obsidian Hyundai paint jobs. That car in the parking lot with the huge white peeling clear coat and flat black paint under where the clear coat has peeled.... that's MY car. Hung could have low balled my estimate and called after he started with his reasons why it could not be finished within his estimate. Instead, he wrote me a note explaining why this was a manufacturing defect and should be repaired by the factory. 5 stars for being up front and trying to assist in a claim against the factory. I won't hold my breath on a favorable ruling from the factory. But if I have other work on my truck or mechanical issues... Canyon Auto Repair has established their credibility in my book. Truth be told, I kinda expected the bad news.

The issue was the actual work that was done and the communication surrounding it. When I got the original quote the rep told me that the bumper could be repaired and repainted, which was great. What he failed to mention was they wouldn't repair the rock chips, and that once painted (the car is black) that those rock chips would be very noticeable. Had he mentioned that I would have a. talked to my insurance company to see if they would cover any additional labor or b. paid out of pocket. That would have been the first line of communication. The second opportunity to communicate would be prior to the bumper being painted. It would have been nice to get a heads up that they were painting right over the rock chips and it would be glaringly noticeable. They did not communicate that. Now that the work is completed that bumper looks like it has dimples all over it. When I took it back for them to look at it they basically told me that they weren't being paid by the insurance company to fix the rock chips therefore they didn't do it. They said I needed to go back and talk with my insurance company and have them pay all over again to completely repaint the bumper. Not a good solution. This all could have been taken care of early on had they given me a heads up on what to expect, and options on repairing the front bumper properly. Now it's too late and the bumper looks bad. Also very poor customer service in not resolving the issue.
