I like that this place is centrally located and wasn't overly crowded. The price, in all, really balanced out as if we would have gone to Murray's. We spent a total of 15 bucks to get in, 30 for one wrist band, 20 for 2 pumpkins and 28 on food and drinks. We'll be coming back to try their Frosty Forrest during Christmas time!

We already knew what type of blinds we wanted so we went to the area where the blinds are and waited. We did have to track someone down but we didn't wait too long. When we finally did get someone to help us to cut the blinds down to size she was quick and kind. I have to mention the seasonal decorations. I can just come to Home Depot during Christmas and look, the decorations are adorable! I also have to mention the flowers and plants at Home Depot. The gardens are so beautiful and I love to walk around the garden section and just admire and maybe even get a new flower or succulent.

The last time I was here I had Leslie help me and she was very efficient and helped me with my military discount which Lowes still needs to fix but Leslie stepped in and helped out quite a bit and got me out of there ,she even looked up the item in the gardening department that didn't have the barcode and was able to find it the first time. The Home Depot parking lot has smelled like a decaying body for as long as I can remember. Every…read moretime I visit, the odor is overwhelming and extends all the way to the front entrance of the store. At this point, management should seriously consider having someone inspect the plumbing or sewer system because something is clearly not right. Ironically, the smell disappears once you walk inside, but unfortunately, the customer service doesn't improve much. Whenever I ask an associate for assistance, I get the impression that I'm inconveniencing them. The dirty looks and dismissive attitudes make it feel like they wish customers would rather not ask for help at all. I will give credit where it is due. One employee, Mari, was extremely helpful during one of my visits and was able to discount a damaged item I was purchasing. I genuinely appreciated her assistance and professionalism. However, a single positive interaction cannot outweigh what has otherwise been a consistently poor experience. I've been to this store numerous times for various home improvement projects and have likely interacted with 15 to 20 different employees over the years. Unfortunately, the overwhelming majority of those interactions have been negative or unhelpful. While Mari deserves recognition for doing a great job, one exceptional employee is not enough to offset the overall customer service culture at this location. I keep hoping things will improve, but after years of dealing with the odor outside and the lackluster customer service inside, I simply can't justify giving this store a higher rating.
