My Opinion based on my experience with Alpine Ford Service Department (AFSD) of Pueblo, CO is: "Run Like Hell from AFSD". If I could give them a 0 (zero) rating I would. My 2017 SD F250 4X4 Crew Cab Lariat 6.2L V-8 (Truck) broke down in Walsenburg, CO when I was towing a new travel trailer from Henderson, CO to Hondo, TX. My Truck was originally towed to J.M. Tire, Inc (JMTI) in Walsenburg, CO. They diagnosed that my Truck's fuel pump was not getting any power. JMTI said my Truck had a bad fuel pump relay and a new Fuse Box and Wire Assembly was needed because the fuel pump relay is integrated into it. JMTI ordered the part from Alpine Ford Parts Department, Pueblo, CO. After JMTI got the part they told me they didn't have the tools and equipment to install the part. JMTI told me I would have to take my Truck to a Ford Dealer. So I had my Truck towed to AFSD-A Really Bad Mistake!!!. I told the AFSD of JMTI's diagnosis, which they completely ignored. AFSD's diagnosis was my Truck had a bad fuel pump. AFSD charged me over $2,000 to install the new fuel pump. Guess what, AFSD contacted me saying they had bad news and the installation of the new fuel pump didn't fix my Truck (which they should have realized based upon JMTI's diagnosis & the fact that most fuel pumps last around 100,000 miles and my Truck had only 45,310 miles on it when it broke down). Then, AFSD told me my Fuel Pump Relay was bad and my Fuse Box & Wire Assembly had to be replaced-DUH. Finally on 5/6/2024 AFSD contacted me that my truck was fixed and ready for pickup (they had my Truck for a total of 29 days). They told me they had test driven my truck and everything was OK. My Truck has an after market Kelderman 4-Link Air Ride Suspension System-this system replaces the factory suspension system. On my drive back from AFSD to Walsenburg, CO I discovered my Kelderman Air Ride Suspension was not working and completely disabled. I new AFSD had screwed it up & I didn't want them to work on my Truck again. So I looked for a local Kelderman Dealer. It was my lucky day when I found KC Truck Performance Center of Colorado Springs-owner Kevin. Kevin in a very short time had my Kelderman Air Ride Suspension System fixed and working as it should. So, when AFSD worked on my Truck they cut/snipped the power line to the Kelderman Air Ride Suspension System and intentionally didn't reconnect it and didn't even bother to tell me. I was lucky that my Kelderman Air Ride Suspension System wasn't permanently damaged, since I had to drive a total of 248 miles before I got it working properly again. I had to waste 5 1/2 hours of my own time and drive 196 miles to get the Kelderman Air Ride Suspension System working again. After I got back to Hondo, TX, I also discovered that when AFSD worked on my Truck they also cut/snipped a wire that supplied continuous 12 volt power to my Trucks auxiliary braking system when I tow my Truck behind my motorhome. Again, AFSD intentionally didn't reconnect this cut/snipped wire when they completed their work on my Truck and didn't bother to tell me. I had to waste 5 hours of my own time to find the cut/snipped wire and get it reconnect to 12 volt power. As a summary, following are all the things AFSD screwed up: 1) AFSD recorded my Truck as a "King Ranch" when in fact it is a "Lariat", 2) AFSD recorded my Truck's "Mileage In" as 72922 when the correct mileage was 45,310, 3) AFSD misdiagnosed the problem with my Truck as a bad fuel pump and charged me over $2,000 for something I didn't need. 4) AFSD intentionally disabled my Truck's Kelderman Air Ride Suspension System when working on my Truck and didn't enable this system again when completing the work on my Truck-plus AFSD never told me, 5) AFSD intentionally disabled the continuous 12 volt power supply to my Trucks auxiliary braking system and didn't enable this system again when completing the work on my Truck-plus AFSD never told me. I paid AFSD a total of $5,547.59 and in addition I purchased the Fuse Box & Wire Assembly myself for $1,271.95 for a total of $6,819.54. I contacted AFSD's Service Director twice by text message in an attempt to get compensation for their misdiagnosis & other problems they intentionally created. I never got a response from the Service Director. I contacted AFSD's General Manager three times by email in an attempt to get compensation for their misdiagnosis & other problems they intentionally created. I took our car in @ 7:00 for some recall work and was told it would be done by 10:30. The "automated update" system was never updated. I called about noon and no one knew why my car was in there. I try to stay local, but I am starting to see why people go to Colorado Springs. read more

Alpine Ford is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with-- BEWARE. Specifically, they: --Added a $995 miscellaneous fee to the contract after I had 100% negotiated the price and terms. This looked a lot like they were hoping we wouldn't notice. --OVERCHARGED ME $5,000!!! Yes, they actually took $5,000 from me that was not owed to them, above and beyond the total purchase price, taxes, fees, etc. They promised multiple times to refund the money and did not follow through by the stated days/times. They promised to refund my card several times without doing it, and promised to send a check multiple times without doing it. I was only able to speak to the General Manager after filing a complaint with Ford Motor Company and having Ford call the dealership. The General Manager spent a long conversation trying to get out of immediately refunding the money he was holding and had never been owed (all he was being asked to do was send a check overnight and verify a tracking number). That was when I called the police. --Before the purchase, the sales manager tried to say the vehicle price was $2,000 more than the price publicly listed in their Cars.com advertisement. It sounded as though he was assuming I hadn't seen the advertisement. He argued about the price, then finally agreed to honor the advertised price when I told him to go look up the ad. --The dealership sales people are VERY difficult to reach. Throughout the buying process, I was sent to voicemail boxes that were not accepting messages numerous times. --The dealership initially had three separate people email me after I had submitted an email inquiry about the vehicle. None of the people answered any of my questions or appeared to know that I had even submitted questions. FINALLY a very good sales guy wrote back and answered all of my questions. He was the only competent person we dealt with during the buying process. read more

Late February we got a Mazda and since then it has been nothing but issues! to start with they gave us a lender named Michelle Rodriguez. and that woman was everything but respectful. to start with she was very rude in the conversations when asking for a payment. I had explained that we paid with a chime card which is a form of payment and the dealership accepted our $2,500. after accepting our $2,500 our first payment was due in April. April comes around and we cannot make the first payment because she "does not accept chime" after arguing on the phone with her she finally accepted the car payment. Now may comes around.. She asks for the payment 3 days early and proceeded to shut the car off due to non payment 3 DAYS BEFORE PAYMENT IS DUE!! After trying to contact the dealership for days and not having a vehicle to get down there. Alpine repossessed the vehicle. WE LEFT VOICEMAIL AFTER VOICEMAIL and to no avail NO ANSWER!! The car being in their possession now has a dent! A DENT THAT THE DEALERSHIP DID! We will be filing a lawsuit for Alpine AS THEY TOOK WEEKS to service my vehicle before they decided to repossess it BREACHING THE CONTRACT! save your time and emotions and choose elsewhere! read more

We bought a 2018 Ford truck a month ago. The finance guy, Mario Archuleta, pressured us into purchasing an extended warranty for almost $4000, because it is a used vehicle. He added it into the loan and we have been trying to cancel the warranty for a full refund as stated in the contract. We contacted Ford Protect, the warranty company and they have no record of us having a warranty at all with them. All of a sudden Mario isn't interested in talking to us, doesn't answer his phone or call us back. I feel that if he took our money to purchase the warranty which doesn't exist, then where did this money go? Into someone's pocket, perhaps? All around bad experience getting a oil change done. I was not able to get anyone on the phone to get a oil change appointment so i used THEIR online services to book a appointment at 4:30 pm. When i called day of to double check everything and ask a question they informed me that they do not take oil changes after 4 so good thing i called. I got there and was able to leave the car for them to do on their own time since it was the end of the day. After picking up my car on the way home i had a 3 screws come loose from the under panel in my car causing it to fall down and drag on the road until i could safely stop. Once again i tried to call to let them know i was coming in and the situation and wasn't able to get anyone on the phone. When i got back to the dealership the tech acted like it was no big deal which it was because if one more screw came off that whole panel would have fell off. Overall bad experience but 2 stars because they put it back on in a timely manner. read more

I am a military member PCsing from overseas. I purchased a 2008 Mazda3i from Alpine, Ford on 10Aug22: 160,185 miles - $5,000 plus paper work/tax ($6,000). It was a steep price, but I trusted the brand and the seller. I was wrong. On 19Sept22 I was driving on the highway when the car lost all power. I was stuck between the railing on one side and a semi on the other. I was able to slow down and get behind the semi before losing all momentum. I maneuvered the vehicle to an exit. Shaken, I said a prayer and calmed myself before calling a tow truck. After waiting on the side of the road for 2 very hot hours, I left the car at a repair shop: Mueller's Auto Inc. The next morning, Mueller's told me that the engine in the Mazda did not have any "suction" and would need to be replaced entirely. They quoted ~ $5,000. I had assumed that the repair would be minor. I believed that Alpine Ford inspected/repaired used vehicles before they sold them. I had never had this issue when purchasing from a dealership. In a panic, I headed to Alpine Ford. I asked the sales rep what to do. He told me that what happened to me and my car was not their problem. He said that the car was sold "as is" and whatever consequence was my problem. Shocked, I could not believe they would do this when I trusted them and the Ford brand. Another sales representative confirmed. The first sales person said the "Mazda" did not "pass inspection" and said several times "you knew this at the time of purchase". My mouth dropped. I spoke to a manager named "Cody". He insisted that the car had passed inspection and acted shocked by what Mueller's had told me. He said that based on Alpine Ford's inspection, there was no such issue - likely Mueller's Auto Inc was lying/attempting to steal by pretending the vehicle had an issue it did not. He said I should get a second opinion. I had heard that Mueller Auto Inc was a very reliable, but I was new to the area. I told Cody I would like Alpine Ford give me a second opinion since Cody did not trust Mueller's and I didn't want anyone to have any doubts of the severity of the problem. Cody agreed. However, he cautioned that there was a "months wait" based on the workload of his crew. He advised me to take the vehicle elsewhere. When I went to the repair team, they told me that they would get the car back to me "next week". On 05Oct22 I received a call from the repair team. They repeated what Mueller's Auto Inc had told me...quoted $4008. A used engine from a junk yard: 150,000 miles. Horrified. I spoke to the GM that day. He basically repeated the sales rep. The car was sold "as is". He said something to the effect of: 3 or 4 thousand...Could run for ten minutes, could run for ten years. He told me that he would not pay $4008 to repair. I said, "It can't be your policy to sell broken vehicles to unsuspecting customers!" The GM told me, Alpine Ford doesn't inspect/repair the vehicles they sell at "that price". He said they do a "Safety Inspection"...he described it as checking tires and breaks. I was stunned. He told me that they could do an interest free payment plan if I wanted to repair the vehicle for $4008...or that they could treat the Mazda as a trade in. Shattered. How could I purchase another vehicle from a company that treated my life and money with so little regard? Ultimately, I attempted to recoup some of the value of the vehicle via a trade in. What a nightmare. Thankfully this new vehicle had a Carfax listing in explicit detail. I trust Carfax...so took the risk. I pray I made the right decision. Don't be like me. Do not purchase a car from Alpine Ford. Please. Did the vehicle pass basic safety inspection? I don't know? I don't know what to believe...nor who in their company is telling the truth. Even if you are blessed enough to live through the experience like me, you may get stuck with a broken vehicle. Do not trust them. read more

I wouldn't refer anyone to Alpine Ford. The general manager Garan lied to me about what was wrong with my 2017 super duty and how long it would take to fix it. I was told it was computer issues and would take 3 to 6 months to get the parts and fix it. Once I sold it to them they fixed it in 2 days. It was a wiring issue. We went down to the dealer last week for an oil change. This is our second time using them. The first time was great. This one was the opposite. We had an appoint for 12pm. Arrived at 11:50 and checked in. 1:30 came around and our vehicle still hadn't been pulled in. I walked the lot and saw it was still in line. We made an appointment because we didn't not have a lot of time. It seems as if we were just added to the back of the line. An appointment should be different than walk ins. We should be brought in within 30 minutes of our appointment. I went up to Service and asked for my keys as we had to leave and the advisor kinda of just mumbled a bunch to try and explain. I email the dealer in hopes of some response but have not heard anything still. As we were leaving, we checked their appointments and they showed available oil changes at 1:45. I will give 5 stars for HOBBILE SERVICE!!! An Expedition purchased at Spradley Ford has been in for repair for FOUR MONTHS!!! Vehicle was taken in for a recall issue which was supposedly able to be fixed by a software update. The update was tried 2 times and did not work. The further repair that was needed next caused an oil leak. Spradley does not seem to be able to fix this problem that THEY CAUSED!! At this time, they just keep making up excuses! ( Their "go to" excuse is that they needed to repair an ambulance??) A family has been without a vehicle that they purchased from Spradley for almost 4 months!! The loaner car Spradley provided was filthy and is too small to meet their needs. The oil leak Spradley caused when they "repaired" their vehicle resulted in a huge oil spot on the driveway of their new home! Alpine Ford does not return calls, emails or know what is going on ever. I ordered my car in January for an agreed purchase price then marked me up $7000 and tried to force the deal when my truck never even arrived and was totaled out in transit. I had to contact for personally to get any type of information and drive multiple times from out of state and come to the physical store just so I could actually speak to someone which surprise never knew anything either. Seriously order from another ford dealership if you want to be in the loop at all when ordering a vehicle or getting it at all. Did a piss poor job of trying to remedy the situation by just trying to convince me to buy a vehicle off the lot for the exact same price until a new build could be made in another 6-8 months. Seriously why would I order another car from a dealership that tried to screw me with 7k in the deal, never answered calls or emails for a whole year, and never has any type of transparency or communication. On the third attempt, the receptionist said she would personally deliver my request for a callback. Nothing. I drove 80 miles to the dealership to meet up with a jerk who would not meet my eye and wasn't interested in providing service to my vehicle. Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Did not fix the problem I had. Took the car in to get warranty work done and was told warranty did not cover the parts the vehicle needed. Went ahead and told them I needed it to get fixed so they went ahead and did some of the work. Service had my vehicle for 2 months and still could not figure out the problem 100 percent. Faulty headlamp is still faulty and not fixed. Windshield wipers do not work now and they did work when I took the vehicle in. I do not and would not trust any of their "techs" to work on my vehicle. What is the point of having a warranty that they push so hard to make you pay for, and than you can not get them to fix anything under the warranty and your vehicle is given back to worst than what it was when you took it in. Will definitely not be going back to this service department. Told them I want my car back because they started making false problems up and was going to cost over 4k just to repair it. Do not trust the repairs they would do and I would rather do it myself. Do not take your vehicle here to get any repairs done. They will not call and give you updates and they will keep your car on the back burner if there is any warranty work to be completed. read more

A zero rating would be more accurate. Took in for service at 9 am. Told 2-3 hours. THEY FORGOT THEY HAD MY VEHICLE (Friday of labor day weekend) tried contacting at 2pm. Service manager out to lunch until 3:30. I was told to call back then. I did and no one answered in service depth. Their message said no one was available at this time. Got worried because they were going to close soon. Was afraid I wouldn't get it back before closing on the long holiday weekend. Went to get it so I could get to work over holiday weekend. Was told they fired someone that morning. Service guy said "not trying to make excuses". My reply " there is no excuse" Held up my phone and pointed at it. "There is always a phone to call me". Decided to try and make a second appoinment but their service tech made it sound as if the guy who does sync system repair was too busy to make appoinment and I would have to bring in at 9am and would not get it back until 5pm. Not going though this again. Decided to take to ford service in a different city/ town. They dropped the ball big time! For my waste of time, they should have offered at least a free oil change. NOPE....ZERO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! THANKS ALOT TO A INCOMPETENT SERVICE DEPT! I DON'T RECCOMEND GOING THERE. I am in need of a brand new vehicle but will not buy one from them due to service dept. I'm adding to the echo chamber of 1-star reviews it seems. These guys are crooks. Tried to buy a new Ford F250. Salesman seemed nice at first but kept trying to play the game of monthly payment pricing and not just working with me on a sales price, I was not financing through them. And I always agree on price first before discussing payments. Kept running off to talk with some guy in a glass box. Tried to tell me they had to run a credit check on me to sell the truck, I refused. Finally presented a paper with a sales price that was still almost $2500 more than MSRP even after $2000 in "incentives". He drew a line and wanted me to sign off on whatever that was. I know this is a tactic used by a lot of dealerships. I took the sharpie and circled the MSRP and said that's what I'm willing to pay and I don't sign chicken scratch. Told him to bring me a deal for that price, signed by the mystery man in the cube and then we have a deal. He went and talked to the guy in the cube, then disappeared, it was a long time. I should have just walked out. Finally came back with a printed thing that showed the MSRP plus some add-ons then $2K in incentives and a final price that was $10 below MSRP. It had a line on it that said "sales manager" and some squiggle that might pass for a signature. I rolled my eyes at it and gave it a squiggly "signature" as well. Waited another eternity for them to print my paperwork and then they took me into the finance torture chamber. Once the purchase agreement was presented, I saw the sales price was way higher than I just agreed on and it was inclusive of sales tax, which was way too much. They overcharged the tax to try and mask that they had removed the $2000 worth of incentives. Additionally they also added on an almost $600 "delivery" fee listed separately and an 8 year 100K mile warranty for an additional $7000+. I stood up and walked out. They wasted almost 2 hours of an otherwise fine day. read more

Buyers Beware. I bought a 2022 vehicle early in February. Agreed on a price for the vehicle and agreed on a payoff of my old vehicle. Went to financing and filled out the paperwork and left with my new car. I was told my new vehicle had satellite radio and later found out it did not. Two weeks later I was asked to come back in to sign some new papers for my loan company. I was unable to come in, so they mailed me the paperwork. Upon opening the envelope, it was all new finance papers with new terms because they figured my county tax incorrectly. I was never informed of this change until I opened the envelope. During the time I gave them my trade in and the time they paid it off I had to make a car payment on that trade in. Around thirty days after the deal they paid off my trade in, approximately $600.00 less than the agreed (contracted) amount. Once I saw the discrepancy I started calling asking for my money. I was given the run around and then finally told I did not know what I was talking about and that they could take up to months to return the difference. I was also told I just did not understand the car business. It's been over two months with no return of the approximate $600.00. Bought a 2014 F-150 two months ago. We have made one payment and it already had to be towed to the dealership. We also purchased a VERY expensive bumper to bumper warranty for $3,000. Wouldn't you think that would cover from the bumper to the other bumper? Oh no! The two parts we need for $570 apparently aren't between those bumpers! We actually paid $1,000 over the price of the truck when we were promised up and down and the final extra payment would be around $3000 we ended up paying $7000 for all the "extras". Scammers. They promised a full detail on the truck didn't even bother to wipe the dog hair off the interior. Also was promised the truck was "fully serviced" we had to pay $250 for fuel filter changes 2 days after getting it home. Absolute joke. read more

Recently purchased a used 2020 Ford Escape with windshield damage. My sales person Zak told me they would replace it and that I could get the work done in Salida, CO since I live there and to send the bill to them. Well as you can guess that was not the case so I had to return to Pueblo, CO 90 miles away to get the windshield done. However, the person who completes the window calibration does not work weekends. So, Julian who is one of the sales managers told me I could get the window calibration completed in Salida by the local Ford dealer and Alpine Ford would reimburse me. I sent the invoice to my sales person Zak. Six weeks later I am getting the check is in the mail speech from Zak and also another sales manager Jamie. Do yourself a favor and find a dealership who is actually reputable and will work to resolve your issues. I am now off to file a complaint with Ford on this dealership. And by the way the calibration was only $165. No leadership or integrity at this place. read more

*Unsympathetic Nightmare - Regarding Saleswoman Patti (Patricia French/699*W*) I have been temporarily in Pueblo, CO for the past few weeks on rotation with a hospital in town. I needed to have my transmission fluid changed, so I called Spradley Ford Lincoln Service Department and originally spoke with Patti on Monday 09/14/2015 for my Mitsubishi Lancer GTS where I mentioned that this version requires special CVT fluid. Patti mentioned that they would be able to schedule me the next day and after I asked, she mentioned it would be a complete total of $195.95. 09/15/2015 - The Initial Appointment I met with Patti and she instructed a worker to collect information from me and take my keys outside. I then go back inside and speak with Patti about how long she thought the service would take. She mentioned it would take an hour and a half (which was until closing). 15 minutes until 6 PM I went to the counter and asked about my vehicle and was informed that they were out of the fluid. I asked why I was not informed earlier, but Patti is very pushy and told me the best they could do is the same time the next day and Andy would bring the car around the front. I thought it odd that when I mentioned time is important as I work long shifts and I am taking time off to get this service done. Patti seemed unaffected. I was bothered at this point based on the lack of explanation it looked like I had to come back tomorrow, regardless. 09/16/2015 - The Next Appointment I spoke to Patti in the office and she seemed frustrated and irritated. I thought to myself, "Yes, I am back again to get the service done for the second time." I obviously could tell she simply did not want to deal with me and my "problem" service. After ignoring me for 10 minutes, she eventually spoke to me out of "courtesy." I kept calm and asked her if she was able to get the correct fluid. She agreed and one of the servicemen helped by collecting my keys for the second time. I went back to the counter with about 5 minutes until closing and inquired about my vehicle. Patti calculated the costs and before giving me the cost, she stated "wow this price is much cheaper than most people get this for." I asked about it and then she said a total of "$239.40." I immediately thought how it could be that much and told her that this could not be right and asked how she got to the total. She sighed and explained swiftly that this was the cost of the labor hours and the cost of the actual fluid. I told her about the total she gave me over the phone and she simply repeated the total cost by stating, "well this is the cost now with labor." I knew something was not adding up, but it was such a long day already that I did not want to debate charges. As the transaction proceeded, she gave me a card of "Owner Advantage Rewards" in which she said, "I made $10 off of this service, wow!" and that I can use it for an oil change here at the shop. I was immediately offended based on our original conversation where I clearly stated that I was in Pueblo temporarily. She did not seem to listen to that or the fact where I said that my vehicle requires special CVT fluid upon initial communication. *Shortened, but please read the BBB complaint. read more

This dealership sold a vehicle out from underneath me. And I don't mean that I was looking at it and they let the other guy looking at it have it. I mean that I was in the truck, on the way to the bank to get the check (which they knew) and I got a call to bring the truck back because it was sold. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be going back. On a side note both ST and Joshua were fantastic salesman and I'd recommend them to anyone. Horrible experience in the service department. In total, they have had my truck for fourteen days now - seven days waiting on parts, and seven more days once they had the parts.. I continue to get updates on it will be done from day to day, yet still don't have my vehicle. I went in to their office earlier to check on the progress as a member of their staff called to tell me that my vehicle would be ready by 5:30.. "hopefully" so when asking about the progress I was told that it "should" be ready the next day. This is unacceptable for a company at this level. In my profession, if you could not do the task at hand in a timely manner, that employee(s) would be looking for a new job. I will definitely go out of my way to take my vehicle next time to another FORD dealer, not here in Pueblo. read more

I went in to have my oil changed and my tires rotated. They took my car back and about 30 minutes later they said it was done. I had marked my tires to make sure they we actually rotated, I went to the tire that was marked and it was still in the same place, so I ask them did you rotate my tires they said yes. I said no I do not think you did and I explained why. I also popped my hood to check my oil. And my oil was dirty oil. I went back in and had the dipstick in my hand and dirty oil on my fingers from where I cleaned the dipstick and the guy working the counter tried to tell me it was changed. Well I know the difference I was a school bus driver for 13 years and pre-tripped my bus 5 days a week, In years past I also changed my oil with my brother in the car that I owned at the time. I know dirty oil. I had just paid $90.00 for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. They took it back still trying to tell me the bottles of oil were in the trash because full synthetic comes from the bottles they do not have it in large containers. When they took my car back I went to the little window to watch this time and when they pulled the plug to actually drain the oil it was like coke a cola brown dirty oil, so I had the young man who tried to tell me they did change my oil look at it. No response from him. Just silence so when they were done I had him come over and I pulled the dip-stick out to show him clean oil. So just saying I had really bad service on Saturday August 4-2018. To all people who use this place MARK YOUR TIRES AND CHECK YOUR OIL BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PLACE. YOU MAY JUST BE GETTING RIPPED OFF. read more

Don't go here for service. They are crooked. I brought my f150 in bc it wouldn't start and I was only few blocks away. Crank but know fire. I explained it had been running strong and it was either computer, relay switch, or fuse related. They blatantly lied to me over the phone saying it was out of gas. The truck was not out of gas and I've never run out of gas in my life. Said I needed a new ignition and fuel pump. Gonna cost over $1,200 for ignition, fuel pump, labor and diagnostic. After a little research I discovered that it was only a fuse that commonly goes out on these models and ford makes a fuse relocation kit for this model which all employees seemed to already know about it. This makes me think they're just ignorant or corrupt. I told em to pull my truck around and I popped the bad fuse out to show em. So they tried to charge me over $1,200 for needless parts and labor when it was only a fuse that cost about a buck. Not to mention setting me back two days on my drive. They still had audacity to charge for a diagnostic fee even though I diagnosed the problem and they were trying to charge me for needless parts and labor. Don't go here. They're crooked. People like this give ford a bad name. read more

Spradley Ford Service is good as usual. Have went to other car services when I had to but always come back to Spradley for service on my 2012 F150. This time had the works service package, OFL & Rotate and had a issue with my temperature gauge reading hot and a error message from the computer. In short notice, they squeezed me in, fixed the problem, new lower hose, and completed the work in a timely manner. Jeff was my service tech and very helpful as he normally is. I will continue to take my F150 to Spradley for service. Since 2012 I have never had a problem with Spradley they have always been top notch! read more

We are fulltime RVers and stopped outside of Canon City at an RV park intending to stay 4-5 days. The day we got there I called the Spradley Ford service department for an appointment for my F-550. My A/C was cooling sporadically and the air bag warning light on my dash was remaining on. I was told that the soonest I could get in was 8:00 AM eight days later which was longer than we planned on staying in the area but decided to take the appointment. I arrived on time and told the lady that checked me in that I had an appointment and that I would wait in the lounge until the work was completed. She then checked the appropriate box on the form she was filling out and I went and sat in the lounge. While there, a person from the service desk talked to another customer that had a list of about a half a dozen items he wanted fixed. He told him that there would be a diagnostic fee of $115.00 PER ITEM plus the cost of repairs. Come 11:00 AM I decided to check on the status of my truck and went to the service desk. The person there was surprised that I was waiting for my vehicle--I guess he didn't bother to look at the initial form that was filled out. A few minutes later he told me that there would be a one hour diagnostic labor fee (at $115.00) for each item and that they needed both ignition keys so they could do some kind of programming. I told him that it was a ways away with my wife but would go get it. By 11:15 I had my truck and started my 2-hour round trip. By the time I got back to the campground and has some lunch, I figured it would be nearly 2:00 PM, at best, before the truck would ever get back into the service bay. If they took the two hours I was paying for to diagnose the problems, it would have been almost quitting time, so I decided to cancel the appointment. I talked to them on the phone and they said I owed them for an hours labor. I wonder how that is possible when the truck was in the shop for, at most, 15 minutes. You do the math. read more

I have dealt with the ford dealerships in Pueblo since 1982. Having purchased many new ford products and services I was always satisfied with their customer service. Over the span of the last two years I have experienced nothing but poor workmanship, misinformation, and attempts at cheating on services needed. I will stop short of calling them liars but the last five visits have been a nightmare with their service dept. I have vowed not to purchase another ford product and to never give spradley ford anymore of my business. Buyer beware read more

Avoid. They put brakes on wrong. They paid for another dealership to fix. Poor customer service too. Didn't want to put a review but feel I have to be honest especially after a month of waiting for some sort of reply. Might help someone make better decision. read more

My husband and I were on a trip from Minnesota to New Mexico in our new C-MAX Energi when we heard an awful sound coming from the front driver-side wheel. We got towed to Spradley Ford in Pueblo, CO, and they worked us into what looked like a very busy Monday morning. After just a short wait in their lounge, the service department folks showed us a tiny rock that had gotten lodged in our brake caliper and was scoring the disc. They didn't charge us a penny and sent us on our way cheerfully -- Spradley saved our road trip, many thanks! read more

Took my CMax Energi in for recall work. Supposed to replace a modem for MyFordTouch system. Five days or so later, my Ford's system alerted me that the modem had never been replaced. Checked with Ford. Nope, not replaced. Still can't figure out what WAS done. Hard to talk to an answering machine. We'll try Phil Long in Colorado Springs. read more
