I had an accident where I stepped on my legion go s screen and it shattered. I didn't expect it to break the entire screen, but only crack a portion of the screen. The fragility of the screen is significantly worse than I thought. I talked with several other tech repair shops and either they did not answer my request for a quote, took way too long to answer or gave a response that they could do nothing about handheld repairs, some gave bad replies. He was the best of 8 different tech repair shops I have encountered and not only the best, it was a landslide better than the competition. The only real issue I had was a very high price premium to fix my device. It was about half of what the actual device cost. Of course I got it on sale for about 700$. The service, labor and total cost to repair was $335. So, almost half of what I paid for the device at Best Buy. I learned not to place this fragile handheld on the ground to prevent it from getting damaged again. Overall satisfied with the outcome and Dory did fix it. Personality was good and time to fix was roughly 2 hours. Parking lot structure is terrible, not enough space and many other places nearby. There are other parking structures as well but it may get towed or even scratched due to compact spaces. Also a little unsafe as there are some loitering. Overall, It's good but not the greatest in terms of value but Dory been doing this for many years roughly 15 as I recall.

Update: Mike gave us a call and while this doesn't undo the employee's behavior, it DOES reflect on the professionalism that the company is trying to strive for. Also, they charge you so much for delivery. Then when you cancel (or consider cancelling), they give you a major attitude over the phone and when they pick up their equipment. It's better to stay with PRF and deal with their deliver inconsistencies. At least, PRF compensates you for their mistakes, charges you less than Zutra, and have courteous customer service.

Eco H2O caught my attention since they have a variety of water. Parking was fairly easy since they have a few reserved spots (yay, no walking 5 gallons halfway across a large plaza) but you may find trouble if you are on the side of the In-N-Out line. Some of their water selections include the energy structured water (minerals and no minerals), a special Kangen (Japanese), and oxygenated to name a few. I probably missed one or two, but they have something for everyone. My personal favorite is the energy structured water without minerals - to which the staff member at the time laughed at me. Apparently people buy these for their pets, since pets can't handle the minerals... ;_; Welp, regardless, this is the one that tastes best to me. It's clean, pure, and smooth like how (I think) water should be. They have a variety of bundles, where you can pre-purchase many gallons for a small discount. Their fee structure was attractive since they were all multiples of 5. What I enjoyed was that they let you sample all the different types of water before you commit and even have sampling cups! My one gripe was that to fill up a water bottle or two, I had to pay the price of a full gallon... not the biggest inconvenience but not the best way to invite new customers - though regardless business is business, I guess.

I refuse to sit on the phone for another 3 hours just to say the same thing again. This company is like a gym membership you can't escape; they keep charging you even after you cancel.
