I usually leave a review a few days to a week after a service visit. Today, Emmanuel / Emanuel (sp?) just left less than 5 minutes ago. Emmanuel is entirely professional in his capability, expertise and demeanor. I'm so glad we called Alpine Plumbing. * Timely *Capable *Experienced * Helpful *Honest We had a leak under our kitchen sink (in Truckee). I couldn't find the source, and Emmanuel found it in less than two minutes. He kindly showed me the source, noted our old faucet had rusted and broken, and after cutting and removing it, showed me the accumulated rust and the little break where the water leaked (even though I said I trusted his experience, he wanted to show me it really had failed). Emmanuel also connected our gas dryer quickly and correctly. Before he left, he showed me the work he did, had me test the sink flow (no more leak, yay!), and explained how the dryer placement is optimal for the venting, plus the usable space in our laundry closet. He also stated his time here on the job, to which I agreed. I appreciate the clear communication all around. Scheduling and communication with Rafa was clear and efficient too. Both Rafa and Emmanuel are pleasant, honest and professional people. We will definitely call Alpine Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. read more

I needed a dishwasher replaced at my vacation condo in Tahoe-Donner and contacted three top rated plumbing companies on Yelp. Rafa was by far the most responsive and easy to work with. He recommended a local store to make the purchase from which worked out great. I purchased my selected unit over the phone and Rafa picked it up and installed it on schedule as planned. Sent me a picture of it when all done. His invoice matched his verbal estimate. No surprises! Two weeks later I was having trouble with my sink and needed it fixed before I left town again.
