Great place to eat or have brunch with the family. This is my favorite wine and brunch spot. However, The waitresses sometimes wear short shorts, and have cleavage out. Which is a little uncomfortable for my children and very unprofessional. The manager doesn't handle situations well, he seems very young. He can be disrespectful without trying. I was there once my waitress was the oldest one working there maybe in her 50s and was wearing a yellow headband, this was about a month ago, I had to wait 55 minutes to receive my food and when it was ready a whole different person brought. I felt she was only there for the tips and every time I go I avoid her section. I also told her I was allergic to 1000 island, after the long wait my burger was drenched in it, I didn't eat because I didn't want to wait another hour. Which, can get them in a lot of trouble. As well as when I mentioned this situation, the manager didn't seem to care what so ever. Just to warn you the service isn't great, but it's beautiful and has good food. Incorrectly charged and no resolution by the Manager. We were in the area for a friend's race and decided to stop here after the race. The drinks and food were very good. We opted for 1 bill and wrote the cards along with the amount to charge each card on the back of the receipt. We had 3 cards and it was not complicated. We each got our receipts back and they were correct. Fast forward to a few days later and we were charged $30 over our amount. We called the restaurant and they told us to dispute it with the bank?? They were also going to track down the receipts for us however this restaurant is 40 minutes away so it's not exactly a place we can get to easily. The person my husband spoke with said some of the staff are new and if they do not key things in correctly this occurs. The right thing to do is to refund us the $30 overcharge that they would be able to confirm from their receipts. Instead we're having to go through the bank... even though the restaurant has the receipts and proof? Poor service. It's about the principle to do what's right when a staff has incorrectly overcharged us. read more

Met up with friends for a lunch and I was really happy the other place was closed on a Wednesday. All our sandwiches were delicious, Reuben, steak sandwich, patty melt, and dip.. sweet potato fries were a standout. Half price bottles of wine and a friendly casual vibe made our visit excellent. This place was really nice! I went for lunch on a Saturday with a friend after visiting Lions, Tigers, &Bears sanctuary. It looks more like a bar inside, but has an adorable outdoor seating area that has an "Old West" look to it. There was no wait, and the servers were all super friendly. I think my soda and water were filled at least three times, as the service was so attentive. The food was good. It was definitely a cut above your typical bar food. We had a delicious Mediterranean salad with shrimp added. We also shared the pretzel with cheese dip and popcorn shrimp. My favorite part was the bread stick that came with the salad. Also, they were great about dividing up the salad for us, and giving us extra share plates. It seems like a nice place for a cold beer or glass of wine on a hot day. Th food and staff are great here. I had fish tacos which were very good, these tacos are not fried but the corn tortillas held up perfectly, so no complaints from me. My friend had the Rueben sandwich which came with nice looking lean pastrami, he said it was delicious. The staff was friendly, welcoming and friendly. There are some nice outdoor tables in the front and behind the tavern. I forgot to take photos, but will definitely return for food and brews. read more

This place is next door to Janet's, the food is of great quality with large portions. I had the rib special that was definitely slow cooked, tender and flavorful. Staff was friendly which is why they're getting 2 stars instead of 1. We were intrigued by the "Iron Maiden and Christmas theme" description on Yelp. Aside from Christmas lights being on the outside of the building that's where that ended. There was certainly absolutely nothing Iron Maiden about this place. It looked like some Midwest Grandma's basement from the 1980s or a roadside antique shop with crappy country music playing. Food was way overpriced and unimpressive. Burger tasted like the meat was old and it had no seasoning on it, the tater tots were good but it's hard to mess those up. The macaroni salad is a complete abomination and should cease to exist immediately. It was so horrible my husband took a bite and spit it out. If you like the combo of black olives and sweet relish then you would enjoy it. I think that's the first time I've ever had bad macaroni salad. I choked it down because the tiny bowl of it cost over $3. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

The reuben was on grilled marble rye with tasty corned beef, not overpowering kraut, and nice Russian dressing - as good as at any deli I've eaten. Great Choice! Location: Only a mile off I-5 and a 1/4mi from a fuel station makes it a great choice for tourists driving through and of course the dedicated locals. Parking spaces are good size and can accommodate a large truck (F250, etc.) but they are limited so you may need park along the street. If you're pulling Teardrop or small toy trailer it's definitely the street or depending on the time of day at the adjacent lot to the east. Had bit of wait for our server but the place was busy for the amount of staff, and her attitude and good service more than made up for it. Food: Our group ordered the ABC and Bison burgers with Tots, and a house salad. The ABC had thick crisp bacon and fresh avocado. Like the ABC and the house salad the bison had fresh and crisp vegetables. The buns were soft and the burgers prepared the right way so they didn't get soggy from condiments or the juice of the burgers. I'd give this review 5 Stars but unfortunately the Apple Crisp dessert was good but not at the same level, and the ice cream wasn't available. Cleanliness: Excellent. Tables, chairs and menus all wiped clean. The floors were clean and staff quick to mop a spill. Bathrooms really clean. Overall: Really like this place.
