I called and spoke with Cindy, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She forwarded my request to Raul Perez, who was the sales rep who put together the material list. There were 11 items listed. Raul first sent specs for 5 items. I emailed back and requested specs for the remaining items and never heard back. I reached out to Cindy again, who kindly sent my request to Raul, who responded with 4 additional specs. I reached out again to get specs for plumbing hoses and was told, "Those are just 3/8 x 3/8 hoses in 2 lengths couldn't find any spec sheet....." I did a quick google search and found the spec sheet, which I forwarded to Raul, thanked him for his time and noted that the spec sheet was required for the development and was available. Raul's response, "I have years working on this... first time someone asks me for specs on a hose.. since u want to be a smart with me.. next time u look for them...." I am not sure what I did to warrant such poor customer service and disrespect, but sales reps get commissions for sales and the materials for this project would not be paid for without specs being reviewed and cleared by the ownership team. Raul's disrespectful behavior is unfortunate and uncalled for. I hope the customer service gets better and the reps recognize that the company does not run without sales and you will not get sales if you're disrespect to your customers.

Today, he had a choice of being driven by me to the very close and convenient Royal, or much farther to the cheap and impersonal Home Depot. We started at Royal. A man was watching tv and at first ignored my dad. After several attempts at interaction, my dad gave up and said "have a nice day." I am always sad when customer service at a local business goes downhill.

As I walked I noticed this large lot and went to check it out. Much to my surprise it was a Crafty Beaver Home Center. The guy there was talking to me as if I am stupid and told me Shame on me for telling him don't talk to me as stupid. So he canceled my order and refunded me with the money not caring it took 3 weeks for the Keyes to arrive. After I wax refunded I went home and called locksmith who did an excellent job. I will never use crafty beaver again Locksmith showed up in 45 minutes to make the car Keyes where I don't have to wait 3 weeks then make appointment at crafty Beaver

I price shopped around for a while and settled on Darpet because they had the best prices. The checkout process was a breeze and they helped me figure out what size doors to get based on the measurements I had taken (first-time door buyer). The doors were delivered about a week later and looked fantastic. They look even better hung. Recently I went back to darpet and purchased 12 more doors to replace the rest of the hollow-body doors in my house. The second time around, I dealt with the same representative as the first time, Bryan. Bryan was helpful again in helping me determine the best size doors. Darpet is an enormous regional supplier but their office is nice and small and the representatives all seem very friendly. Like the first time, second time around we got delivery a week later and the doors all looked great. I recommend Darpet based on their prices, quality of doors, and great customer service.

At first they seemed helpful, but then went radio silent after multiple attempts where I stated I was ready to purchase (thank god I did, I found the exact same product elsewhere for noticeably cheaper). I have no idea what their thought process was, but there is nothing ruder to me then someone, or a group of someones, who simply refuse to respond.
