I did not have to endure a lengthy sales pitch as I would expect from Perma Seal or any other big basement waterproofing service. He gave me a quote over the phone based on the length of the big crack and that was it. He was a little cheaper than the other quote I received and I am happy with the end result. The only negative was the injection stubs that were left after the crack was sealed that I had to cut off the next day after the sealer had dried. I have the tools to do this. Others may not.
