If I could give zero stars I would because this guy is a POS!!! I took in my car after the check engine light came on and took it to Al after my sister recommended him. He call's back (my sister) saying we needed to replace the ignition coil $125 had the car there for a day go to pick it up and find out it's not the coil but the cars computer that needs to be replaced $550. After a week of having my car and calling for a status he say's the part he ordered was wrong and had to place a reorder, another week goes by and the part never comes always saying tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow . He never call's to give you a status or offers any other solution to fix the problem, after having to rent a car because he had my car for 2 weeks offers to charge for the part and not the labor seeing as how I had to wait so long for my car to get fixed and felt "bad". NOPE part finally comes in after two weeks car gets fixed and still charges me the full estimate he had given me before. My whole experience with this guy was awful he has no sense of customer service and lies through his teeth to avoid any type of confrontation. read more

Poor customer service. Unrealistic service times. The car didn't run or sound right after being taken here. I would NOT recommend this place to anybody.
