We were overcharged and much of the work initially agreed upon was never completed. We tried our absolute best to remain peaceful, but we are still sick to our stomachs thinking about how they took advantage of our young family. We refrained from speaking up for awhile but it's not fair to anyone else who may go through something similar. We have recorded all details and have photos of their work, we've considered small claims court as we now see how that worked out in a previous clients favor.
