He dropped my car off to the Maserati dealership and sent me a confirmation that it was dropped off. I thought everything went smooth until the Maserati dealership called me saying that the person who towed my car broke my Tie Rod which costs thousands of dollars for my car. I contacted Lem and at first he seemed as though he wanted to resolve the issue. After telling him how much the damage would cost, Lem stopped replying. My car got towed on March 30, 2024 and he is still until two days ago (4/24/24) not answering my calls or messages. I just wanted his insurance information but he refused and instead made everything difficult. It took me finding and actually going up to his shop to get any type of information (not from him). And even now, my car is still in the shop waiting to be fixed. Lem was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I would absolutely not recommend his towing or auto services to anyone whatsoever... BADDDD BUSINESS!!!

We found Ancash Roadside Assistance on Yelp and called because they had such great reviews. He answered immediately, sent me a location-sharing request, and arrived in about 20 minutes. After spending nearly two hours stranded on the side of the road, that level of responsiveness was a huge relief. Once he arrived, he got right to work and had the tire changed in less than 15 minutes. The entire process was quick, efficient, and stress-free, and we were safely back on the road much faster than expected. My only suggestion for improvement would be to introduce yourself before getting started. It was dark, and we were two women stranded on the side of the highway. When he arrived, he pulled up behind us and immediately started changing the tire without introducing himself. I genuinely appreciated the urgency and willingness to jump right in and get the job done, but in that situation, a quick introduction would have gone a long way in helping us feel more comfortable and know that the person approaching our vehicle was the roadside assistance we had called. Overall, though, the service was excellent. He showed up when we needed help, worked quickly, and got us moving again in no time.
