I go here due to the suits being custom made but thats not really the case. Admittedly, i have gain weight so they usually don't have my size in store. They'll let me try on what I can and then usually tell me to order online and they'll tailor what they can. The sales persons are nice and generally say they don't have my size due to me being stocky (Euphemism for you're fat, lol). They don't mix the clothes so you order the entire suit as a whole. Meaning, if you where a 50 for the jacket, you have to get the 55 for the pants. You can't substitute to a 36/38 in pants. At least thats what this store told me. I'd say if you're smaller than that then it is a very good store. They just need to make an xl one for me, lolol. I like my suits custom so I just make an appt for Balani or Tom James. I just don't like driving through Houston traffic if you know what I mean.

After two weeks, when I switched to the stage 2 faja, the button for the sanitary liner immediately popped off--clearly defective on a product that cost over $200 with tax. I dropped off the stage 2 faja for the promised free alteration and button repair. On August 9th, I was told it was ready, only to find that the button had not been repaired. The owner even denied that I had reported the issue, despite the fact that I had it documented in writing via text and noted when I dropped it off. At this point, I had already been without my faja for a week. She sent it back again, and on August 19th I picked it up. When I tried it on at home, it was clear the faja was either not altered at all or altered incorrectly, as it still felt loose. Worse, the button was still not properly fixed and popped off again. When I reached out to the owner, she ignored my message rather than addressing the issue. For the amount of money spent, this level of poor quality and unprofessional customer service is unacceptable. I do not recommend shopping here. This enables me to check "store availability" to see if items are in stock at a particular location. I have recently realized that an item will show a sale price on the website but when checking out in the store, the sale price is not automatically given. You will only receive the sale price if you show the clerk the website. The first time I noticed this, I returned to the store and was refunded $30. The second time, I was refunded $138! I was given lots of reasons/excuses as to why but, overall, it seems like a shady way to do business. Also, last night I specifically asked if any of the items were on sale or going on sale in the next week or two and I was told no. This morning when I returned to the store, there many BOGO 50% signs which included the items I had purchases the night before. If you choose to shop here, always check online prices!

Customer service stated that for their customers safety - they would not do this. I would need to hold the package and they would send me a return tag. Then I could drop off the package to be returned. Once the package is received, I would be credited for the return. IT IS STILL NOT MY PACKAGE, I DID NOT PAY FOR IT. I JUST WANT TO GIVE IT TO THE BUYER. Then she stated if something happened to me that I could sue her. Look, I'm just trying to be a good neighbor and get them their package. She then stated that she will need to hang up on me now because I am not listening to her.
