They told me my transmission needed to be rebuilt, so I paid them again for the second time, in less than 2 yrs. It only took them 1 day to rebuild it, after 2 months of driving my vehicle I notice I was having transmission leaks. I've been back to this shop numerous times for the same problem, and each time they would have my vehicle for at least a week. They claim I have a 12 month warranty on the transmission from the day it was rebuilt, but thats bullshit. All they do is take your money and don't honor their warranty and they don't back up their work. They rip people off, badging the problems, I had to end up taking my car to the dealer, and had to end up paying $3,500 for a new transmission after i already paid them a year before $2,200 for a rebuild. I should have just took my car to the dealer in the first place, and I wouldn't have ever been ripped off by "Chucks Trash-missions".

The gentlemen (and that's being extremely nice), sold us and installed a badly rebuilt transmission... Was told upon pickup to look out for any leaks that are red in color on the ground. It leaked from the time it was returned to me... our neighbor pointed the leaked fluid out to us the week after we got it home. Each time we tried to return the vehicle to have it serviced "under warranty" shortly thereafter, "conveniently" they didn't have a mechanic available to look into or fix it. Thousands of dollars of our hard earned money down the drain. You cannot convince me they didn't know they knew they were installing a piece of junk into my car. This is so hurtful to say the VERY LEAST. I'd say steer clear at all costs. We have spent so much money over the last year paying for the car to be lifted to replace leaked transmission fluid. Verdict the last 2 times we took it back to Philly for it to be looked at? "Looks like the rebuild on this one was bad and I don't have anyone to fix it... the work would have to be outsourced."
