The service person who came was very professional and informative. It did cost about $90 just to get the system looked at which I was not expecting at the time. The total ended up being larger than I had expected, but I was willing to pay it because I needed my heat turned on immediately. We contacted JN for an estimate to fix our water softener. Their site advertised free estimates…read more When Junior came, he tested the water and said it was fine. Then, he said we'd need a whole new system for $11000. This was too high for us so we cancelled. Then he said it would be $250 for the visit. He did not reveal or disclose any fees for using a credit card. After paying, we saw a change of over $447 on our credit card bill. We called several times, and the secretary said that was the charge for using a credit card. My husband wanted ot pay with a check or cash at that point. We were told there was no way to refund the fee. I emailed him and asked for a refund because they did not disclose the fee in advance. Junior, the boss, refused. Furthermore, all the other quotes for a new water softener were $3500. Please AVOID JN SERVICES HAVAC at all costs. They are not honest and transparent about their costs/fees and charge exorbitant amounts for any service.

Ridiculous quote of $1390 for a circulation pump replacement, made by day, joke of the year! I have…read moreno idea about their quality of work or the experience of their "professionals" but whatever it is, it doesn't justify quoting 3-4 times as much as the others I had received quotes from. I replaced the pump myself and made sure no air in the system, took me 30 minutes, no leaks, works like a charm.
