I stopped in at Al's to get my flat fixed. The owner Al was in the office. He was chatting with a friend. He told me they were closed and asked what I needed. I said I had a flat tire needing repair . He then said to pull my car up to the garage and he would fix it. Who would have opened their shop after they were closed to fix a tire. Al DID !!! He mentioned he has been retired but that his son runs the shop now. What a beautiful soul this man has. It was incredibly kind of him to help me . 10 stars for this lovely man. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would....I came here to got my exhaust repaired because it had fallen off. I've been very patient, transparent, and honest with not only Acima but as well as Al's tire shop. The flex pipe was never replaced. They kept trying to weld & keep it together THREE TIMES. not only did they not do their jobs right but, they cost me $640 in damage. I had to get a new converter, hanger, etc because the damage of the welding that they tried to do. When I took it to them the 3rd time after it had fell off they had told me "You will need to come out of pocket to get it fixed" now listen. Al's tire shop didn't do their job in the beginning. Which caused the hangers and everything under to fall apart. I paid you guys well over $2,000 to get my car fixed the right way. Now I have to come out of pocket because Al's tire shop didn't do their job right. I had to go somewhere else for professional work, because I have a life and responsibilities to attend. I didn't want a unprofessional shop who already messed up my car for the THIRD TIME fix my car. I have kids and a good job that I need to attend to. I have responsibilities and my time is more valuable than anything. Not only for that, but I paid Al's tire shop to do what you where suppose to do in the first place. They completely ignored the first steps that it took to fix it the problem and tried to put a bandage on it to make more money. Like I said I know it's not Acimas fault for work that they did, but I am upset that no action is taken towards this. action is taken towards this. I've been very reasonably and patient with you guys. This is really a very big inconvenience to my life & I tried to work it through, but at this point it's really affecting my daily life. I've purchased brand new tires from this shop twice. The first time I purchased my first set of tires two tires became warped. I went back to see if they could be replaced under warranty and I was given excuses as to why they couldn't replace them and I was told that I would need to buy new tires. The excuse was that my suspension was bad (I have a 2016 vehicle). So I did end up buying two brand new tires. This shop does not honor any warranty on the products that they sell and I wouldn't really recommend buying from them. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! Only giving one star because no stars isn't an option. Took my car there about a year ago and got all new tires. One of the workers there broke my tire sensor while changing it and they charged me 100 dollars for it. Since taking it there my tire light hasn't shut off. Went back there and was told he would refund my money on the sensor but he would have to take his sensor off. The light was never on until they messed up my car. Then recently my son took his car up there to get his tires balanced. They called saying tierods were shot, it needed alignment and I can't remember what other bs he said then told me it would be almost 800 dollars!! Guess what, took it to a reputable mechanic and was told none of the problems he mentioned were even legit. This kid is a scammer and always has some type of add on when you bring your car in. It's a shame because when the older guy ran it he was honest and fair, this guy is just trying to make a buck on anyone who comes in there. Horrible!!! read more

Great tire shop !! I've had tires repaired and bought a few used tires for a spare in the past it was a old school gritty tire shop with old equipment which isn't a bad thing but I would always go to the big guys for new tires .I decided on a whim to stop in this morning to get a price for 4 tires mounted balanced on my work car ,, I was really surprised really clean , New equipment , friendly staff , great prices out the door in an hour with a new set of tires if you haven't been there in a while check them out you won't be disappointed!!! Awesome service! Al's has been in my neighborhood for years, and I'm sad that I haven't been going there all along. Took one of our cars in for a quick balance and rotation. We suffered a flat tire on our way back to Ohio on a busy Friday afternoon. We said a prayer for direction and found an employee at Auto Zone, Izzy, who recommended two locations, but said he did his business at Al's so we trusted his judgment. Al Jr. met us immediately, we discussed all of our choices and within 30 minutes we were on our way. The price was good, the service was excellent and our trust in mankind was renewed with the outcome of going to Al's. A son working for his father and doing a great job-I have experienced this blessing in my life too with one of my sons learning the railcar repair business.
