Upon me informing the gentlemen that I had not called him, he insisted that I had dialed his number, was irritated that I did not need a tow, and hung up. The car was done much sooner than expected (yay!) and Tommy handled everything from dealing with the insurance company to helping out with the rental car. When I got the car back it looked great. They even touched up some of the other scratches on the car while they were at it. The car was returned in mint condition completely cleaned and beautiful.
