Cody helped me figure out some combinations to try. I bought a few bags of coffee and immediately had to have some as soon as I arrived home. I have a blend of 50% hazelnut and 50% chocolate and it's heavenly--it's my favorite coffee of all time! I also have a bag of half coconut and half caramel and wow! As you can tell, I like some sweetness and these blends were just my style. My mom is a serious coffee drinker and they recommended 80% French roast and 20% super dark roast. My mom loved it!!! They definitely have something for everyone and can match you with your perfect coffee blend. I bought several treats with nuts in it, like pistachios, and some chocolates too. Everything was delicious! There are opportunities to sample things throughout the store too. There are so many treats and products to choose from, and it's organized beautifully. We were surprised today the almost 'transformation the new owners have done with the place. In Japanese world, the '5S' is amazing - everything in its place, a place for everything. Items are properly labeled, inventory organized, and selections definitely increased. Freezer / refrigerator are kept clean and incredibly labeled too. We came with plan to purchase 2 specific items, but end up getting more and more and appropriately ending in the high teens! Service: fast, accommodating and friendly couple. RJ and Faye had a very friendly conversations with us, throwing jokes while scanning the items we had put in the cart. Ambiance: quite, and not crowded. Selection: Filipino typical items you need, most likely will be available. Good selection considering the amount of space they have. Cost: typical average price cost ... comparable to other oriental stores. When you walk in you will see just how large the store is. If you can't find it here, then you probably can't find it anywhere. The owner had the patience to answer all my questions. The owner of the store was very polite. He didn't treat me like a customer. He treated my wife and I like we were good friends for years. I'm Anglo and my wife is Filipina. That didn't matter to him.
