I visited last year and got a treatment done. I want to make an appointment this year. It took me many times to call and actually reach the receptionist. I finally got her on the line but she said that the PA left and the next available appointment was in 2026. I declined but then decided I wanted to make an appointment since introductory consultation fees are crazy expensive. I've called more than 5x already during business hours and always get sent to voicemail. Don't say that you're in business if you can't even pick up the phone. read more

I stopped by the office to pick up some sunscreens for my family for christmas, my daughters love the Elta MD sunscreens. I saw online that folks were having a hard time getting through to the office so I just popped in. It is no wonder folks are having a hard time, they only have one girl up at the front who does everything! She was fantastic and very sweet and helpful but I could see how busy she was checking in all of their patients and taking all the phone calls. I was able to make an appointment in the future to see the doctor (pretty far out into February). Disappointing to see a hard worker not have help, her manager needs to do better and hire someone to help her! I'm giving this review 4 stars instead of 5 because I hope the manager is reading this and hires more employees for the office. read more

I have been to several dermatologists in Orange County. FINALLY I found a dermatologist, Dr. Wang, who is knowledgeable, professional, and so skilled at what she does. She has done skin checks and MOHs surgery on me. She explains what she is going to do and always asks if I have any questions. She did a great job on MOHs surgery on my lip / I was kind of worried about a scar but there's nothing! I have complete confidence in Dr. Wang and feel super lucky to have found her! Ruined my life, botched my three mole removals, left with awful scars. Prescribed me Yaz birth control for acne, two months later suffered ischemic stroke, pulmonary embolism and deep vein thrombosis. Almost died. Terrible people. First, they never answer the phone. I finally get into office for a check up. They have me waiting outside in the lobby for 45+ minutes, I ask the front office girl why everyone else is being called before me and she says she will get it checked on. They still take another 10 minutes to call me back. I finally get roomed and they still have a million questions to ask before I get seen by the dermatologist. Walking into a friendly office staff. Crystal and Dr. Wang are amazing at what they do. We come here as a family for our annual skin check. A few times they had to do a biopsy on my husband's head and back as well as my son's. Clean office. Exam is very thorough as they measure the moles. read more

I had to get surgery for a mole removal and was super scared, because I'm a baby when it comes to medical procedures. On top of that, my insurance was going to run out because it was close to the end of the month, but the office squeezed me in just days later. Rather than having Dr. Wang remove the mole, though, they said they only had the Physician's Assistant available. I wasn't sure it would be great since it wasn't Dr. Wang. But Dr. Allison Risley was awesome. Calm and compassionate and with humor, she made me feel really at ease and was the utmost professional. BEWARE!! RUN AWAY! Mostly good reviews because the office is friendly and that I agree with. Unfortunately, based on multiple experiences was treated like a science experiment. Everything needed removed, appointment after appointment came and something just didn't seem right. They made three incisions and wanted to do three more. Taking time out of my schedule, bringing the kids, spent thousands of dollars to get this done. Eventually, I went to different dermatologist offices because something didn't seem right and they told me the removals were unnecessary, showed me the pathologist findings (I hadn't seen them before was just told they were HIGH RISK) and said the office doesn't make money off of just your diagnostic. This is what I was afraid the whole time it was all about appointment generation and they do not have your best interest in mind. Healthcare is supposed to have CARE in it. Not a form of money extraction. I realize there is a business to run, but you're talking about peoples bodies. Would not ever recommend this office to anyone! Prepare to be mistreated and mislead. Find someone else who's honest. Run AWAY! BEWARE!! Ask questions!! Hope this helped someone. read more

Appointment scheduling is a nightmare! I had a bad rash on my face and Dr Wang treated it for almost a year. Last time I saw her she told me to use my ointment and if it flares up again she would give me a low dose ..... it flared up and I called and the earliest appointment available was in 6 weeks and that with her Assistant .... I explained the lady that my rash was really bad and she was very rude telling me she doesn't have anything earlier. Sorry to write a bad review but I feel like a nobody at this office. read more
