Went to Dr. Sikorski years ago and came upon her site searching for a particular procedure. Could not help reading the negative reviews and to hear nothing has changed from my two decades ago visit. Worst bedside manner of any doctor ever had. Rushed, does not explain, walks abruptly out of the room and sends in someone else to finish up. Work not satisfactory for my procedure either and same happened to my friend.There are many wonderful, experienced doctors in her field. I did not comment on the dermatology aspect of her business . I had a facelift that is beyond desirable. I was able to get a consult with a Plastic Surgeon for an opinion, someone who specializes in face lifts and revisions and he also does reconstruction. It is 9 months post op and I have a lump of skin hanging down under my chin, it will not go away. I was told that unless I go thru another complete facelift he cannot fix what went wrong. The worst part of my face was marionette lines which I spoke to her about repeatedly as it was one of the main reasons I finally had a facelift. She did not pull back far enough, they were completely untouched. I saw the problems very soon after the surgery and went back multiple times. I submitted a letter to her going over everything and the problems weren't just surgical. It was the worst experience of my life and I am still living with the consequences of choosing a cosmetic surgeon over a plastic surgeon. THERE IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE. I had a spot removed on my face that was basal cell carcinoma. I was super anxious to have this done because the spot is right in the middle of my face, I was worried how it would look after. Do not go to this dermatologist, they are are unethical in their billing. Before the appointment they refused to tell me what they would code the preventative screening appointment under, and then during the appointment the doctor upsold services without telling us so an appointment that should have been a free preventative appointment cost almost $300. The billing department refused to do anything about it and would not let me speak to the doctor or the office manager. I've entered a complaint with my insurance company. read more

I have expressed my displeasure multiple times to the front desk girls and also the billing dept. and still have never heard from management so here comes the full and honest review. *I started going here a year ago. I have very fair skin and had never seen a derm before. I read some reviews some good some bad and figured I would take a chance as it is hard to find a real dermatologist in OC that does more than enhancements. I wanted someone to treat my "dry skin" and just maintain my overall skin wellness. *1st appt. I went in expecting an overall skin checkup and I also brought my skincare so I could have Dr. Sikorsky look over my products and I was open to changing if there was something she saw that wasn't beneficial for me. She quickly scanned my skin and said not much. I pointed out a few areas of concern and talked to her about my dry skin on my forehead and then she paid more attention to the forehead prescribed me some topical ointment for dry skin and said yea your products aren't great never even picked one of them up to look at them and said finish them and then we can talk. Appointments here feel rushed and I thought that hmmm maybe she is just really good at viewing your skin but bad at communication so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Lets see if the cream works and then I would have my problem solved and everything would be fine. They then of course want you to schedule a follow up and Dr. said it may not require another copay but we will see. Of course they over charge for copay and my insurance turned it down. Then every time you go in they find any way to collect a Dr. office visit I will explain this more later. *Second appt. and maybe even third I show them no improvement so we do some liquid nitrogen burning which if it was just dry skin like she said why are we doing that now this time. It was never dry skin it was pre-cancerous. Go through new prescriptions some of them being over $100 still treating dry skin but also now I am burning things off my face. Confusing. Dr. Visits are rushed many times I would have to ask a question as she was walking out the door. Not to mention my appt. time would often be late as they had a packed house. How do you run late when you don't even give your patients 5min. to ask questions? *Another appointment I just went in for a botox special. I pre-bought it and went in thinking that will be plenty. She of course up sold me more units. I could have said no but it was rushed and just sold quickly. Typically most Doctors I have gotten botox from take about 20min she was in and out in 5min. *I asked her quickly because she didn't take the time to ask me how my skin was doing after all I am her patient....This was the convo exact. "Hey before you leave do you think this new prescription is working on my forehead"? She said no. Told the nurse to get me a sample and order me a new RX for dry skin again. She rushed out the door. Now the nurse says "Ok since you asked a skin question I am now going to add on an office visit charge" WHAT!! A 10second convo and she is now charging me an entire office visit! I think I am probably 3 prescriptions deep by now maybe more. *Another apt. I come in and show her a spot that I have had and she has burnt a few times and its not going away. She decides now she will biopsy and it turned out it was skin cancer. So I have to come back during Covid shutdown to get it cut off. After discussing her displeasure with our President and making things political and awkward. She filled me up with numbing and sliced me once. Took a couple hours. She said she got it all and asked if I wanted stitches. I looked at her puzzled and said I'm not sure what do you think after all you are the doctor?!? PIC BELOW. Took a glance in the mirror I have a wide open hole in my face blood showing, its sticking out like half an inch and she is asking me if I want it closed up? She tells me the stitches will dissolve and sends me on my way. No talk of billing and says they will send insurance my appt info and charge me later. They didn't want people lingering in the office. So two weeks go by and stitches should be dissolved and none of them are. Maybe a week later a chunk of stitches come out in a scab. I figure now that the scab is gone the rest will dissolve. Not sure how many are in there and its on my temple, hard to see and they are clear. So end of month 1 comes along and I feel something poking its a stitch. I try to pull and nothing. I call office and front desk girl says just pull. Doesn't say its tied in a knot under skin and needs to be cut. Doesn't tell Dr. to call me. My neighbor had to cut it out. Found one more a month later. Still no checkup call from Dr. Then got a huge bill. I called to ask about it 3x before someone told me it was correct. **Found a new Dr. and she said my whole forehead is pre-cancerous and thats why none of the creams have done anything. So now I have to start CHEMO cream. AWFUL EXPERIENCE at this office. read more

Very dissapointed with office. The md's assitants were not warm or friendly. Im not Sure how to describe The air in the office but I think you could cut it with a knife . And forgetting forget recieveing any empathy, that's just not gonna happen !!!! My particulars Issue was an infected large abscess on my face. When doctor S Began aspirate it hur tut more than anything I have ever had happen to me before. babies, Root canal, Hysterectomy. When the doctor was trying to as for a my large abscess on my face I thought I would rather be dead I screamed so loud My whole body came off the table. off the table . I find it very unethical to have that kind of procedure without being under Anastasia or just cannot believe a doctor would inflict so much pain without putting you under some sedation. When I spoke up to her and asked her why she could be so mean while doing this she didn't say a word. She obviously does not have the patient's best interests in mind. After she was done she left the wound wide open passing and bleeding so I can go home like that it was disgusting. O wait one more thing she had to be in a hurry every time I saw her hurry hurry hurry she never ever ever took the time to talk to you. No apology no nothing she said absolutely nothing and left the Room in a hurry like she always does has. The cleanliness of the Room was disgusting very and sterile. Dr Sikorski was so rude and uncomfortable to be around. I was there for a consult for my lips and after waiting for her during my appt she burst into exam room never introducing herself and rapid fired questions to me. She even asked me a question of if I had an allergies to silicone and then didn't even allow me to answer and went on to her own condescending vibe of sentences. I asked her: Are you asking me if I have allergies to silicone? To remind her of her original train of thought and I don't think her ego liked that. She paused and then went on w her condescending annoying, cold, detached communication so I let her go on and didn't say a word except ok the end and she said she would be back w a quote lol. As if I would want to do business w her. Originally when I booked my appt and when I first walked in, I was ready to spend money and do a procedure same day and already informed the staff of my budget/price point for the procedure. And I told the person who booked me that if the price was in the quoted range she gave me on phone, I'll just do the procedure right after consult. But this Dr was so rude there is no way I could do it. She even grabbed one of my papers (WITHOUT ASKING) that was laying close to me that I was reading in the exam room while waiting for her. (She grabbed it even though it was the second one down and extradited it from my pile and began to read it for herself without permission. That was so rude of her to touch my items with zero rapport built on top of it. This Dr needs a boundary check. She also doesn't look anything like her heavily photoshopped/filtered photos. I almost thought someone else walked in the room talking rapid fire at me with a bunch of wrinkles. It was all so creepy and weird. First bad consult I've ever received in my life. I recently had to cancel my appointment on short notice because I had a positive Covid test the morning of my appointment. I was abruptly told when I called to cancel that there would be a $50 charge for cancelling. I said Really, you want me to come in with Covid? The person that answered the phone said "Well no, and they would wave the charge this time , but if I cancelled on short notice again, even if I was sick they would charge me the $50!" Seriously? They don't care if you come in to their office an infect others, they just want the money! Needless to say I have found another dermatologist. I will NEVER return to this office. read more

Dr. Sikorski has mad skills. She's magical. It is magic that comes from perfection of her craft, her artistic gifts, and caring about her patients. Simply the best! She has been my dermatologist for 15 years, cosmetic, surgeon and otherwise. I've had numerous fillers and always beautifully executed - natural looking. No duck lips are given out here. I enjoy listening to her explain the procedures. It's so technical but she is very patient and always takes her time. At 50 I had a facelift. I opted to have the procedure awake under local anesthesia. It was so fun. And here's the magic - no bruising and the next day I looked so young- with a 25 year old sculpted jawline. Naturally some swelling occurred but I was back out in public in a week. I was shocked at how easy and relatively painless it was. My results are phenomenal. I already had high expectations and confidence in Dr. S (and lovely amazing surgical assistant Sandy). But my expectations were exceeded. Cutting edge. And the follow up care is top notch, VIP treatment. She uses top notch technology to ensure healing is quick and any necessary scars are minimized (no extra charges).
