This was my go-to car care location for 5 years. However, I can no longer recommend it. It is now very unorganized and just sloppy in general. The furniture is worn and when I arrived for my 8 o'clock appointment someone else carried in a flat tire that they put in front of one of the registers. It was still there when I left with my vehicle at 6 that evening. Also, it took 10 hours for a brake job...front and rear pads and rotors plus a brake line flush. In addition I was told that it usually costs $825 for this service and she would look for some rebates. I was very surprised when I was told the total was over $1100. I did share my surprise and they got it down to just over $1000. I had the oil changed here about 3 weeks ago and they claimed that they checked the brakes. When I brought it in this time because of a warning light, I was told that the rear brakes were at 10% and the front at 20%. I'm pretty sure the brakes were not checked at the oil change and if they were they didn't notify me that they were getting close to needing to be replaced. read more

I have NO words to express my gratitude and thankfulness for this Tire Kingdom which SAVED me from a disastrous situation that occurred at AutoNation Sanford and RENEWED my Spirit that there are a few hard working caring people still here that know how to take care of their customers brilliantly. I won't go into detail...it would take too long. I always get my Honda Accord Coupe serviced here, & have always been relieved to find a good place you can TRUST. AutoNation Honda Sanford is very close to my home & I needed a quick oil change, so with their mailed coupon, I decided to go there just for that.....BAD & ALMOST COSTLY DECISION (how sad is that). So many things occurred, but THIS ONE: I was told that I needed "Valve Cover Gaskets" due to OIL LEAKING. Really? What this guy didn't know was that I had just completed this $300+ Gaskets Replacement at Tire Kingdom about 6 mos. ago. The guy wouldn't look at me & said "well, it's leaking oil & pooling on top". I asked him to write this down in my invoice & got the Oil changed. Few days Later, I went to Tire Kingdom & had them check their Replacement work...leaking oil will be disatrous. The female Manager & the Service man who did the work showed me under the hood....NO OIL LEAK and AutoNation SHORTED ME A QUART OF OIL....screwed me over 1 Quart. Tire Kingdom put more oil in at NO CHARGE, and the Manager wrote an invoice for me stating what had occurred for documentation. I was also told at AutoNation I needed new "LED Fog Lights" for a whopping $1200 (which I can find cheaper). A few days later, I noticed one of my FOG LIGHTS had FALLEN BACKWARDS into the Car...all you could see was a HOLE. I called Tire Kingdom and this same wonderful female Manager said, "bring it in & we will see if we can fix it". I did and BOY DID THEY TAKE CARE OF ME. Not only did they see that AutoNation did NOT secure the Fog Light, which resulted in it dislodging & falling backwards, they were able to get the Fog Light WORKING AGAIN AT NO CHARGE...both my Fog Lights work. I am a Customer FOR LIFE.....I will drive all the way from Sanford to this specific Tire Kingdom from now on. Please, PLEASE....don't ever change. From looking at all the Reviews, YOU CARE & TAKE CARE OF US...Your Customers at the best price possible. And from a Senior Disabled Female who is always fearful of getting screwed over, I have NO words on this remarkable Customer Service and I THANK YOU for building my Trust IN YOU!! read more

This crew is so focused on customer service and I so much appreciated this in a time of need. The tech was not able to fix my truck 100% as it needed to go to the dealer to address software and controller issues BUT... They stayed about a hour and a half later than close just to give my brake system a good go to fix the problem. Office advisor and tech stayed after hours for a customer, who does that these days? nobody. Thank you so much to the both of you. Im on my way there now to get 4 tires and as I was searching tire stock on the website I was reminded of this past interaction and couldn't believe I had never written a review regarding. Love This Tire kingdom! They always take care of my cars! Friendly and speedy service. Always honest with what you car needs with honest pricing and they don't try sell you things you don't need! Helped me weeks ago, when I brought my Nissan Altima 2014 in when I get into an accident! But insurance totaled out the car. Now I have a Nissan Rogue 2015 that needed an oil change and AC diagnostic. Tire Kingdom was able to get approve from Carvana to get my oil change included with the AC Diagnostic. The service here is excellent. I went to the 805 W SR 434, Longwood, FL and they were rude and showed no customer service, This location is the complete opposite. They went out of their way to assist me with a warrantied battery I purchased from the 805 W. SR 434 store. I will definitely make this my permanent go to store. I had an urgent issue with a screw in a tire (un-patchable) and went here just because it was near my office. The service was amazing. The woman who runs the front of the store - I should have gotten her name - was so knowledgeable and helpful, and not just for me. I heard her helping other people on the phone and in the store while I was waiting on my car, trying to give everyone the best priced and most quality solution that would work for their issue. She is a real problem-solver. They can usually get tires delivered from one of their warehouses or other stores same-day, and she knew I needed it quickly, so she stayed on everyone involved until my tires arrived (I decided to replace all four for reasons), so they could be put on my car by the time I HAD to leave to go somewhere. read more

Been a frequent customer at this location since it opened. The Altamonte Springs location off of 436 is nice too, but both can get very busy so making appointments is recommended. Living on a budget since COVID-19, I worry when something happens to my car. Michael & Kelly have been around to help me fill my tires with air during the cold days and the one time my rear passenger tire was leaking air due to a nail, but it was plugged free of charge. Had a fender bender back in October, but they fixed my bent hub caps without me having to ask when I was there for my last oil change. I've always had the best customer service here and wouldn't want any other team to look at my car in the Orlando area unless I move. I had the best experience today at Tire Kingdom. I went to 2600 SR 434 in Longwood. I had a screw in my tire and they were so helpful getting it plugged. Mike was my mechanic and was a truly kind hearted human. Dan was answering phones and helping me and was beyond nice. Ken and his crew are true professionals. I have come to this location several times for oil changes, tire rotations and for basic car service needs. Ken is a great communicator and I 100 percent trust him. In my last visit I thought I needed brake work and they said my brakes were fine. Imagine that guys, a car place who are actually honest! Any other place would of probably taken the opportunity to "find something" to make a dollar. But no NOT this place. Just honest people. A little while ago I had gotten a flat tire at night which was unfixable and had to get my car towed at this location, I was under a lot of stress and didn't realize until the next day that I had made an appointment at the wrong tire kingdom, luckily the manager agreed to replace my tire which was totally shredded despite them not having availability at all until next week. I was extremely grateful for the manager being so understanding and compassionate with me and will be returning back here! The tire costed me $134 but it was an emergency and I just had to get my car fixed and towed to the nearest mechanic. read more

The staff are very friendly, very knowledgeable, and are able to come up with solutions that don't price gouge you the way the dealerships do. They are also very patient and explain things in a non-condescending way to people like me who know nothing about cars.
