I love their large selection of Willow Tree figurines as I have collected them since high school. Their items are so cute and worth every penny. I love coming here and always make sure I stop when in Shipshewana. The employee didn't talk much, mostly smiled and helped us when we paid. She was friendly enough, but didn't greet us when we entered or ask us if we needed anything while we looked around. I definitely will be back, though, as I love the Lang Store.

Many of the items are made out of poly lumber material. It is recycled materials that is very durable. We purchased a suet feeder and there were several colors to chose from. This is a great place to spend time looking at the large variety of items.

My mom went to Eash Sales to surprise me with a 5ft wooden A-frame swing. After consulting with…read morethe sales staff and double checking that the item would be delivered fully built - she agreed to purchase the item for $609, plus a $300 delivery charge. The delivery came, but we were told that only the swing itself comes assembled- the A-frame to house the swing did not. Upon calling the store, we spoke to Marty, owner/manager, who confirmed this, and said he did not know where the miscommunication occurred but implying it was my mom and son who heard wrong. Nonetheless, the swing was put together by the delivery guy. When my mom asked for a loyal customer token of appreciation for all the chaos and miscommunication, Marty basically called her integrity and character into question and claimed she had been planning this entire interaction for compensation. I was appalled that a long time customer would be treated this way, and I am extremely disappointed. Whatever happened to treating a customer with kindness and valuing their loyalty?
