I then told her I would come back in two days because I am very very busy. She agreed. I came back September 2nd 2021 and I put on the dress and it was awful. She tightened the inside of my dress but not the outside it was all scrunched up on the lace on the outside. There were holes on the inside and the outside. I couldn't even get it to zip up anymore because it was so tight at my chest area and stomach. I had 3 inches of room before I dropped it off and I even lost 7 pounds since I had dropped it off. She was very sweet when we came in the first two times but the last time we came in to pick up the dress she was rude and unprofessional. My mom and maid of honor were in the other room talking about what was wrong with the dress and cindi pops her head out of the room that we were in and says "you know I can still hear you". I then took my dress to a different person which she then informed because that she wouldn't be able to fit it the proper way because of how messed up it was. Very rude and very unprofessional and should be put out of business with all these reviews she has. She has been in business for 10+ years and some how fucks up on every wedding dress she touches.
