Not only was Greg attentive to what I was looking for but he was very patient and after trying on a few bikes we finally "found her". After that, each specialist from each department helped and explained to me what they felt was important and needed to know but most of all, they reminded me that they will always be there to help and support me whenever I need them. Also, who is Zack, really? He looks total rock band/celeb! Haha! Thanks Zack for going over everything and ensuring everything was done efficiently and I did truly feel like a VIP. Thanks to all you guys and I'm sorry I don't recall everyone's names in between but just know EVERY ONE OF YOU totally made my day and my first Harley purchase amazingly memorable. I really didn't expect that surprise ending with everyone!!!! I highly recommend High-Octane Harley Davidson based on my amazing experience with them and hope everyone will check them out too. Check out their website for upcoming events!!!!

I was very impressed with Matt and his crew when I met them up at bike week in Laconia June 2019. I…read morehad already upgraded my '18 Street Glide's sound system to a Rockford system the year earlier, but I had been wanting better sound performance. They installed an Arc amp, a dsp, and Hertz speakers in the fairing and lids, and they packed up the Rockford stuff nicely so I could sell it on eBay. The sound was improved quite a bit, but after a few weeks, I was looking for a bit more volume. I emailed Matt for suggestions, and he had me come in to switch out the fairing speakers for a different type of Hertz speakers, which did the trick. He did not charge me for the new speakers, and wouldn't even take a nickel for his time! Later last summer, I was getting some cutting out on my sound. When I brought it to Matt, he couldn't replicate the issue, so he installed a small led warning light, which could show what the issue is if it ever happened again. The cutting out thing got worse this summer, and he had me come by, even though he was buried with work, and through the sequence of the led indicator that he had installed last year, was able to easily diagnose a speaker wire that had been run incorrectly by the shop who did my old Rockford system. Matt repaired the wire in about five minutes, and ran it correctly so it would stay safe, and all was well with my system. Again, he would not take my money. This guy and this shop are incredible. In a day and age where few stand behind their work, Audiowerks deserves the five star reputation they have earned. Work with Audiowerks and you will not be disappointed.

We LOVE Gary Wood and the folks at Belmont Wheelworks. We met when my son (who has Cerebral Palsy…read morefrom a stroke in utero) was in his first bike race-- Gary helped us adjust our bike before the race. My son bit the bug on bicycling and when he was ready for a new bike, Gary helped us find the perfect bike, making some accessibility modifications like switching the brake sides to favor my son's stronger side, etc. I got my Stumpjumper here 20 years ago and Belmont Wheelworks keeps on delivering because of the people!

Here's a collection of my terrible experiences at Wheel Works:…read more Story #1: Took a bike in to get an insurance write up for estimated cost of repair/replacement (my biked was pretty much totaled). They said the estimated time for this would be around 5 days. After 10 days of them not contacting me, I called them. They said the write up was ready so I went to shop only for them to tell me it is not ready and to come back in a couple days. When I went back, the person who did the write up lost the paper and we had to go back AGAIN for a new paper. A 5 day simple write up turned into a 3 week back and fourth with this shop (and 3 weeks with no bike which is my main form of transportation). Story #2: I asked for 2 tubes for my bike and they gave me 2 different sized tubes BOTH OF WHICH WERE NOT THE CORRECT TUBE. Story #3: I asked for a tube for my bike and I gave them the model (which they sold to me). The person asked me what size it is which I forgot. So he replied "well I don't know that bike go figure that out yourself" (while he was at a functioning computer in which he could have looked it up for me). Story #4: I also had a kick stand repair after it fell off (my bike has a specialize built in kickstand) and it fell off again after 2 rides.

The first bike was a brand new 2017 Kawasaki Versys X, but it was at their sister dealership in Arlington (Cycles128 doesn't sell Kawasaki). My salesman at the time was Billy, and he was able to have the bike transferred from Arlington to Beverly for me, and I hadn't even put a deposit down on it. yet. This was based on a phone call I had made while on vacation in Costa Rica. Convenient! The whole process was easy, painless, and very relaxed. There was never any pressure or upselling, and it never felt predatory as vehicle sales so often are. Fast forward to just under a year later, and I decided to upgrade to a Suzuki VStrom 650. This time I had the great pleasure of dealing with Ellen Petrilli and Rick Brandano. Yet another chill, great experience. I told them right up front what I was looking for, and with that knowledge, they showed me other alternatives to consider but never discouraging me from my original goal. Their inventory is incredibly vast and a virtual candy store, and I was glad for the other options that were shown to me. I had my heart set on the VStrom, so we got down to business. Worth noting was a little hiccup on Suzuki's part, as their manufacturer website claimed that there were certain accessories included with the bike that tuned out not to be. Not a concern because Rick and C128 were on the case and miraculously got Suzuki to make good on their claim. They didn't have to do that, because most dealerships would predictably claim their hands were tied and just shrug it off. But not these guys. They totally prevailed and saved the day. That I will never forget. The numbers part of the operation was handled by Brad, with whom I had worked with on my prior purchase as well. Another great asset to the company. I now half-expect people to yell "Norm!" when I walk into the place now because I dealt with a lot of people and they're just a warm bunch. Just awesome.

The template pieces were all laid out, but that was it. Co-founder Luke had me read and sign all the releases first, and asked about my experience with welding etc. Being a Veteran myself, Luke as well, and the non-profit supporting Veterans and First Responders, he also made sure to ask me if loud noises or anything would bother me. Every step was explained and demonstrated before I was able to do it, and as nervous as I was at first, it quickly went away knowing he took my safety, the safety of others as well as their shop very seriously. Co-founder Ben also provided some muscle when I was unable to bend the metal myself. In just over 2 hours I had sanded, measured, re-measured, bent , hammered and welded together a really cool one of a kind 5-sided barn star. It was definitely something different to do and it was a really cool and fun experience. 5 stars !
