I got a living room sofa set from them, 1st delivery didn't happen, I took off from work sat around all day waiting for a call or text, didn't happen. Second attempt, my husband took off, again no calls or text from the driver or the company. Needless to say there were alot of calls made on our part, with a 3rd scheduled delivery, they were 4 1/2 hours late, showed up drunk or on drugs maybe, went 3 doors down to the neighbor's house. I had to go get them. Do they not have a delivery address with the house #? I was baffled. Got inside about to take the plastic off the sofa and there is a huge hole in the middle. I immediately refused the furniture and had them leave. Called American Freight and was told my entire order would be refunded including shipping, which as you might have guessed did not happen! The majority of people I see thrifting nowadays are older individuals (70+) and college students. Being a student myself and being too young to apply for a non-student credit card such as the options in discovers program, being met with this response was disappointing and tedious. When I told Kimberly that thrifts had accepted my discover card prior to this interaction with her, she stated how those employees were just "new" and needed to be taught to only accept the two cards mentioned despite their system's ability to take any card. I don't think I'll be coming back again because of how negative this experience was.
