Absolutely amazing experience! I brought a book expecting lines but no need to read, efficiency and helpfulness were exceptional. John at belts and Jason at checkout rocked it! Super nice and helpful in showing me the best items to meet my needs. I missed seeing my favorite Kohl's employee Phylis Oberle White but it was still a great visit! Great job Kohl's! I had not been to a Kohl's since high school, and WOW, they have really upped their game! At first glance, it looked like any of the standard Kohl's stores I've driven past. But once I got inside, I was really impressed. To start, there were large hand sanitizer jugs in full view and conveniently placed next to the shopping carts right inside the doors for customers to use. There was a very kind lady physically wiping down each cart which looked a lot like baby strollers. Because I seem to have lost all social skills during this pandemic, my inner monologue was apparently more of an outer monologue. When the lady heard me say, "baby stroller," she took the time to point out and explain the difference between the two shopping cart styles offered. It turns out one of them really was a baby stroller. As I navigated the interior of the store I was in awe of the mini Sephora-like skincare and beauty section. The Kohl's of yore that I'm used to didn't have this and I felt that it really added to a more luxurious Kohl's shopping experience, which I'm pretty sure is sort of an oxymoron. The men's department had a huge selection of Levi's which was neat and well-displayed. Due to COVID protocols, all of the dressing rooms are closed off, so some guesstimating of sizes was needed. The shoe selection was great. I purposely flew past it because, in all honesty, shoes are my weakness. Even so I was able to see a great selection of leisure footwear/sneakers like Van's, Adidas, and Nike. Every section was neat and tidy, and I absolutely gushed over all of the touchless price check scanners available. As has been established, I've become pretty socially awkward during this pandemic and felt the presence of the scanners really added to the peace of my shopping experience via less interactions. When it came time to make my purchases, the cash registers had an announcer system which called out which register was free. There was even an employee directing customers to the proper lines. I saw that between customers, each register station, all of which had plastic screens, was wiped down before the next customer was allowed to approach. When it was my turn, the employee scanned my items and then said, "Let me check if there are any coupons you can use towards this purchase." She then pulled out a Kohl's smartphone and very adeptly swiped and scanned her phone giving me a discount. I'd also like to add that all of the customers wore their masks appropriately. Zero chin straps meant zero anxiety for me. read more

The front end of the store is great and well organized with directing people to available registers and ensuring smooth traffic. There's always someone available and the new remodeling looks great. But the back end by the Amazon returns, I always have spotty service there. For instance today, an associate was FaceTiming with someone named Amy trying to find someone's social security card, while she was helping to complete returns. So she was talking to Amy instead of the customers and helping them without acknowledging them. It was rather awkward and when she hung up at the end, there was no apology, just stated that the zebra scanners were too old to work well, because THAT'S what she was doing on the phone. Other times, it's been really hard to find someone to help me at the desk. If this station was better run, it would be a much better experience because having Amazon returns there and then giving coupons afterwards really draws people in. The clearance sections are hit and miss and sometimes the size selections are limited and I can't find it any in between sizes for normal people, just zeros and 16s read more

We have come here quite a few times before. Unfortunately, we forget they exist on occasion. This is because their location is at the tail end of all the stores on route 31. The prices here are typically really good, but they have so much stuff you may get lost trying to find your way. One thing I really enjoy is that their staff are very courteous. They will greet you often and are generally upbeat as well. I had to knock off a star for the fact that sometimes they aren't very reliable though. Last time we came here we asked about making returns. The employee told us we could just go to any line. So we waited in line for ten minutes only for the cashier to tell us that they can only do even price returns/swaps. We had to go to customer service to do our return. We had to wait again. The kohls cash program is cool, but they expire too fast. Ours lasts from the first through the 8th of April. Not enough time if you ask me. All in all, I still recommend coming here for fantastic prices and great brands. You will probably find just about everything your looking for! read more

One of my favorite stores!!!! Has extremely high quality brands and great prices. They constantly run sales and make you feel good every time you walk out the door. My favorite brands Kohl's carries are Levi's and Nike. read more

Her attitude was disgusting and I hope she finds a new job soon because retail truly isn't the job for her. she could not be bothered to be helpful at all, idc how bad of a day you're having because me personally have worked in retail and I would never act that way read more
