Pizza

The pizza was amazing. The atmosphere for the kids was great there were several party's going and the establishment is so big.

After CAREFUL research on the many trampoline parks in SA (there are quite a few!), we decided to go to Altitude because of the reviews and the area. I really wanted a CLEAN facility to take my young ones to for them to experience the greatness of jumping in the air (and hopefully not tumbling on their face!). Altitude was SUPERIOR in this aspect. This place was PACKED when we arrived with parents and kids alike in the lobby area, the actual trampolines, and even the second floor. Once we got our wristbands and socks that I believe you must purchase, we set out on the trampolines. They have multiple sections, which was great. One section was strictly for young ones and toddlers and then the rest was pretty much for "todos"(everyone!). We explored both ends and enjoyed it fully. I didn't think this could be exercise but man was I panting *hahaha* They have TWO dodge ball areas, basketball area, connect 4, and what I would honestly call the "reckless area" -- cause you can do some weird stuff with your body if you try hard enough They do have drinks and snacks for purchase at the check in counter, and they do offer a military discount!

Well staffed and quite safe. On a frigid day, the perfect place to bring kiddos! Great place for birthday parties too! Was sort of hoping for warm food (like pizza or hot dog) but not a biggie. Clean and well maintained.

Very spacious and clean and great time for the kids! A lot of birthday parties and friendly people.

For $60 you get tow kids for two hours here.

It's $30 an hour plus socks. It's cool that this place is empty most the time so you don't have to deal with other people or their kids. I do believe that much of the vacancy is due to the horrendous music playing. These teens working here have that mmmm, na, na, na, na. Playing the entire two hours we have been here and let me tell you I must have counted the "n" word like 5 times. Don't get me wrong I was raised by the Wu, but this rap is the absolute worst crap in the history of forever. You should see the bored looks on the people faces. I do see this place closing down and putting g up a title loan place. At least the title loan place plays the '80's music.

This place is by far the cleanest and best kept trampoline park in San Antonio!! My son had a blast jumping for 2 hours here. The staff is courteous and attentive. They even sanitize and wipe down everything all without interrupting play time. There is a balcony where parents can see the entire park and watch their kids have loads of fun. They don't have in house food, however, the food that is ordered from a local restaurant arrived within 15-20 minutes of ordering it. We drove past all the other trampoline parks to come to this one and it was worth every dollar we spent for my son's birthday!!! This is now our favorite place to bring our kids to jump around.

Altitude is our most-visited trampoline place in town. We like to come right when they open and there is lots of space to move around. Sometimes I jump with my kids, and sometimes I go to the upper deck to use the wifi and get some work done. We like the separate areas like the foam pit, basketball hoops, and dodgeball court. The toddler zone keeps the little kids safer away from the big kids. We have had several birthday parties and school PTA events here, and it has always gone smoothly. I would definitely recommend Altitude as a birthday party venue.

I have visited Altitude Trampoline Park several times over the last year and a half. Every visit has been enjoyable as expected. Sundays can either be very busy or very quiet. This week happens to be very quiet. The best deal is to purchase the 10-pack card. I like that this trampoline park doesn't charge you extra for the socks you are required to wear, unlike other trampoline parks in town. In other words there are no extra costs. You just pay for your jump time. There are special scheduled times for certain age groups to enjoy the park. There are also days of the week when special pricing for jumps are featured. It's a great indoor place for your child to get some healthy exercise. And you too!

Ava and Lauren did an amazing job, above and beyond to show kindness to our party. Clean and would book a birthday party here again.

Plenty of room and friendly service…read more If you come here in the morning, you will be able to have the whole place to yourself. It's cleaned regularly and the staff are happy to help. I asked for assistance in the climbing corner, and they came over shortly to harness Noemi up and tie her into the auto-belays. Super kind. We had a birthday party for Noah and our host Stella was prepared and all set to take care of us. The kids didn't need for anything whether it be pizza, cake, or icee refills. The kids enjoyed their time bouncing off the walls, literally. They really just loves getting together in the summer, and this place provides the space and trampolines to do just that. We had a great time. If anything, I might add to close some areas until sufficient staff can cover all areas. If you have had parties there before, discounts are available for repeat offenders. We would definitely come back to this location in the morning. Tip: Be patient with the morning staff as some of the folks in the morning are the newest team members.

The downside to this place is that the employees are all teenagers. Not that they are rude or disrespectful, but they're teenagers....you walk up to the counter and they just look at you (both at the front and at the snack bar). Overall the kids enjoy running around so it's nice for a break and to get their energy out.

We have not been to this park in a few years. We arrived and were surprised to see all the waiver…read moretablets taken down. There was one young lady working the front desk alone and maybe 5-7 guests in front of me. We waited almost 25 minutes to be helped. There was a fast pass lane for guests who purchased tickets on their phone or have memberships, but there was no one to help them and no kiosk to DIY. The young lady helped the guests as they entered the establishment, not based on what line they stood in. The entire place was filthy. You can see visibly soiled pads all over. The trampoline pads were discoloured from being so dirty. I did not notice broken trampolines, so that was a positive. We went to the ball pit. Many of the balls were broken, deflated, and outright filthy. You can tell this area has not been cleaned in years. The white balls appeared dark gray and even black. I will say the actual equipment the kids played on was intact, so that was the one good thing. The jungle gym for 7 and under was even more disgusting. The floors are visibly soiled and had literal debris on them. You can tell this is not from a single day of crazy kids, but rather an accumulation of lack of maintenance over a long period. The floor tiles were moved, missing or torn. And incredibly filthy... So if a child were to fall, he or she would surely be injured on the concrete floor. An obstacle on the course was missing, but the hole in the floor was still present with the metal pole area exposed. The entire gym had discoloured pads from not being cleaned, ever. Some items had torn pads or graffitis pads (what kids ages 7 below write graffiti?) there was trash scattered inside. You can tell there is zero sanitation. The perimeter of the jungle gym area, where staff stores supplies/equipment was filthy and not maintenance. Floors were visibly soiled with dust balls and debris everywhere. Some items were just thrown in places with no order. The foam cube pit with the knock down things looks like it's too, needs TLC. The bean was duct taped in the middle (not sure if this was to help fix a flaw or to show the middle of the beam), and the foam cubes are very torn and obviously have not been changed in years. The metal gate at the jungle gym, to access the gravity area, was opened and not guarded. There was a single staff member present at the top at all times, but this still seemed unsafe. I saw at least 15 employees, who all looked to be teenagers or early twenties. One gentleman who seemed to be in his twenties. I assume he was the manager. Some of the teen employees were often grouped together messing around. I did like that they all wore matching shirts to identify themselves, but the bottoms were all different colours and styles. I feel they should make this lore uniform and say "black bottoms, any style" instead of "whatever bottoms you want". I noticed some of their shoe choices were black slides. Not sure if they have a closed toe or no shoe policy, seeing as how all guests need to have only socks on. There were no staff members monitoring the attractions. The only one I noticed was the gravity line because they had to harness the kids and the Rock wall. Thankfully I did not see the kitchen area because I feel I would have been equally disappointed and even more disgusted since its food and drink were dealing with. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS FACILITY. We paid almost $70 to visit this day, it was a waste and I will not be returning until the place is sanitised and maintained clean.
