My sisters and I love coming here it's always so much fun!! They're occupied for ours and usually have a great time. Most employees are very helpful and kind, but their worker Kaylynn must have been having a bad day. Yelling the first time instead of conveying a kind tone with my sister, then got in the 6 year olds face talking about "do you understand me" after asked to not play around in line, even after she immediately stopped without further correction. Also extremely disrespectful to adults, behaving as if she's the parent when real parents/guardians did nothing wrong and kids were just being kids, no harm done. Visited two weekends in a row for birthday parties. The first weekend, the A/C was working and the pizza was not cooked properly. The second weekend, the A/C was not working and the pizza was cooked to perfection. Both weekends, the staff were kind and smiling. The maze and activities are cool. My kids love this place and always have an amazing time while here. To some, the time limit may be unfair, but I drive from my town to this location just to be able to bring my boys to play and let them know that they only have a certain amount of time to get their play out before our time is up. Like many of the other places, candy, bags of chips and other snacks are just way overpriced. I try not to bring my own items into establishment so I can fully support what they have going on but when a snack sized bag of ruffles is almost 3 dollars, it makes me cringe. Also, the restrooms are filthy! The smell hits you as soon as you walk into them and then the floors are just disgusting around the toilets. I don't like the fact that there aren't any paper towels in there for you to dry your hands and that there is only a fan. I watched a mom and her little girls leave out of the restroom and did not wash their hands and touched the door handle that I would have had to touch to leave the restroom had I not grabbed toilet tissue to do so. Also, after pondering on watching the Mom and her daughter's leave the restroom I realized the mom did not have her daughters put on their shoes before entering the restroom so their jump socks were contaminated after leaving out and continuing their play. Luckily, at this time, our blue wristbands were called and it was time for us to leave, but it has me thinking about how many other kids going to the restrooms in just their socks and Come out of the restroom and play on the equipment. Maybe I am not there long enough to see the park get shut down for a few minutes for cleaning in between hours, but if it does not, it definitely needs to. This place needs a vacuum!! It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The carpet is layered with stuff and old candy pieces. The other cushion type colored floors are black with dirt. The food area has smooshed candy and drink stains on its floors. I wouldn't trust the stuff they serve there. Five employees and they are all huddled around just in the front, sitting on the counter tops. Not monitoring the place or attempting to clean it at all. I was counting down the minutes until the kids played long enough for what we paid but I will never come back. No hand sanitizer in sight. I covered my kids in my own before I let them in the car because this place is filthy. Go to Airtopia. The employees actually work and clean while the kids are playing. The employee said on the speaker "Orange wrist bands, 15 more minutes" even though we had only been there one hour. They need training for basic concepts. I feel like this place is a harbor for hand foot and mouth! My daughter is only 12 months and I we went to the toddler section and it was so gross. I'm sure they do not clean how they should be. They didn't have any change and asked me if "I don't have 88 cents is that okay?" I understand it's only 88 cents. The iPads for the waiver don't work. The bathrooms were gross. I needed a place to take the kids and beat the heat. The hours for this are great! Some jump parks don't open until late in the evening. This place is fairly large but well used. If you have grip socks, bring your own or it's $17 a pair. We went during the week during school hours and had the place to ourselves, which was nice. They have a ninja course, basketball, foam pit, dodgeball, play park, kiddie play park, and wall climb. The is also a concession stand. The kids and I tried all areas except the kiddie park. I can tell the place gets a lot of traffic due to the equipment condition. The play park is large but the ball gun didn't function and padding is coming up in some places. The basketball area has 2 hoops and 3 basketballs. Next to the basketball area is the foam pit. My teen enjoyed jumping into the bit and basket the most. My younger one spent his time doing the ninja course and play park. Having it to ourselves we played tag and dodgeball. We enjoyed ourselves but I wouldn't want to go when it's a full house. The staff was very friendly but since it wasn't peak hours only 1 or 2 available. The wall climb was not available due to staffing. The kids asked to go back but there are other jump parks to check out as well. The kids enjoyed getting out of the house have been a couple of times since it's not a far drive. The one time I went with the grandkids, there was a boy (about 10 years old) hitting and pushing other children. The staff was well-aware of his inappropriate behavior and should have told the parent to take her kid out of the park after the second complaint. He began hitting my 6-year-old granddaughter with a balancing pole. His mother was no where in sight so I went to inform a staff member. Her response was, "I know exactly who you're talking about. I know his mom, and we already told her that he shouldn't be doing that." Then she apologized shaking her head as if her hands were tied to do anything else. FUN STUFF (2/5) - good amount of things for kids under 8. But I have some safety concerns including no staff (at all) in the kids areas. Not one. Also, broken ropes, spinning rock wall grips, trapeze bars not secured, area of kids structure that has caution tape, but no staff to stop you, should I go on? Also, the best big kid areas were all closed (rock wall, spinning beam trampoline area, etc.). CLEANLINESS + UPKEEP (1/5) - not clean. Needs a vacuum and shampoo, badly. Jumpers and padded areas seem not clean too. Lights flickering in several locations. TRAMPOLINES (1/5) - there are no trampolines for the big kids. Bummer. And a limited amount for the tots. STAFF (50%) - Staff seemed pretty "checked out" and not paying attention to their roles and guests. NO ONE walking around to make sure the pace was safe (WHAT??), and generally understaffed. I should have been more wary when the manager talked about which part of the property was closed because it was still waiting for an inspection but I paid and proceeded on with my 5yr old daughter because I had promised her a fun day of playing hooky and was running out of options. When we entered the center of the playscape I tried to show my daughter that she could make her way up to the second level and shoot balls at targets from the air guns by touching one of the air guns myself. For context, I have a 2 year old and have went around 5 times in the last year. The absolute worst "fun park" in San Antonio. They haven't updated anything since it has been opened. The quality of equipment (main jump house, basketball goals, etc.) has declined immensely and it seems that they don't care because people keep coming because it's convenient. They care more about massaging chairs than the actual stuff kids use. We have resorted to driving across town to kids empire and even the aquarium jump house. Been coming here for a few years with the grandkids and quality has drastically declined through the years. The trampoline area was closed. All of the play areas are old, worn and unkept. A little bit of everything to entertain the kids...also a great spot for parents to watch tv, browse on their phone or run around with the kids. There's an arcade, wall climbing, trampolines, and obstacles. There's an area for toddlers too. There's plenty of spots to sit down and relax while your kids run wild. They have pretty large party rooms too. The obstacle course has plastic balls to cushion the falls. There are three lanes and unless your kid is a ninja they'll fall in at least once. There is a huge obstacle course that is 3 levels too. I bought the Groupon, but I did have to pay taxes when we got there. I'd recommend checking Groupon before you pay full price. I got a 2 person pass for 2 hours for $25. This included socks. There's plenty of cubbies to hold stinky sneakers too. This will be a great spot to take the kids in the summer when it's 100 degrees. There is a full concession stand. Items are overpriced, but that is typical of these amusement centers. $2.50 for a bottle of 16oz Aquafina. The place is staffed by teenagers, but I didn't see any major issues. You will need to complete a waiver. You can save time and do it online or they have plenty of kiosks there too. read more

I wanted to find a place for my toddler to play. It's a big place with different sections. There's a toddler play area for 6 and under which I thought 6 was a little old for "toddler" maybe 4 and under would be a better age group. But that's asides the point. For toddler play area you need to walk through the food area. That alone is kind of gross. They should of had the food area in its own section. They give you socks but you can just feel how gross it is walking on the tile. Mind you I didn't realize this until after. This play area just isn't clean you can feel it right when you walk to the play areas. You can see the dirt and filth just built up on everything. Since the toddler area is next to the food area there was a ton of food on the ground in between the mats. It was just disgusting. It definitely needs a good cleaning and to be sanitized. This place has so much potential and was likely really nice when it first opened, but it is DISGUSTINGLY filthy. It looks like they've done nothing more than vacuum since it opened. It is also in disrepair, lots of things broken, taped up or blocked off. My two older boys (only 9 and 6) also complained about how nastythe bathrooms were, poop on the floors, toilets not flushed, etc. We went home and immediately showered. Biggest waste of $70 for myself and 3 kids to play for 2 hours. Do yourself a favor if the weather is decent, just go outside. Went and stood in line to sign the waiver and after 20 minutes and fill everything out so my four kids can play they inform me the information never saved, and I had to go get back in line to do it all over again. After waiting in line with four impatient kids, I'm not gonna do that again so we went to Urban Air instead , Urban air Assisted and the kids were playing within five minutes. Rush you people need to fix your computer system as we have registered several times and I don't understand why we have to re-register every year.
