However, I would not recommend this place for kids that require constant supervision or has health conditions because the play here is very intense. Talked to the manager about that and got the time we lost to the end of the party, manager was not very nice about it though. Our server was overworked and forgot our extra order of pizzas, then our drinks, and was clearly overwhelmed. The place was cool, management could have been better. We recently hosted my oldest daughters birthday party here and it was a huge success! I've heard a lot about this place from other parents but haven't had a chance to check it out. My daughter recently went to a birthday party and she absolutely loved it. My wife coordinated the booking and it was relatively smooth. When we arrived, the check in line process was a little shaky, there was three separate lines and the employees did not know the order in which to call people. There was a separate line for birthday check in's but not one dedicated person managing it. We were directed into a private room which was smaller than I anticipated given the headcount we had but it did the job. They allow you to arrive 15 min in advance to prep and they also allow you to bring outside food and snacks if you choose the MVP package. The MVP package made things easy as everything you would need is included including food, utensils, drinks, icees, arcade cards, no charge for outside food, socks, ect.. The venue was very big and has a wide variety of play areas that can cater any child. There are trampolines, sport courts, stunt jumps, battle beams, and a trapeze just to name a few. This place can keep your child occupied and engaged for hours. They also have a separate mini arcade area if your child wants to take a break. There is a center area where parents can hang out. This area is mixed in with other birthday parties. We also came on a Saturday which was pretty busy but I've heard that their Fridays are overly packed. Overall, my daughter and her friends had an amazing time. We also got a free pass to come back which I brought back my girls for another hour and half. They had an amazing time. I didn't know there was a trampoline indoor park at the FoodMaxx plaza off Monterey until I did a search on Maps. This was convenient since it was close to where I live and they allow to bring outside food with no charge if you choose the MVP table or room. We were debating to do our son's birthday at a trampoline park or an escape room and the fact that this place allowed us to bring outside food made the decision a lot easier. When we got there, the checking in was simple. They had our table ready before our start time and we were able to set up all the food. Our host was very helpful and he was helping other parties as well. We did parties at jumper parks before so we didn't need much help. Our host came over right away when we needed him and got our refills. With the MVP package, we get a pizza for every 5 kids and pitchers of soda as well as icee for each paid kid. All the kids really enjoyed this place over the other jumpers around the area. It was very clean and not crowded. There was enough space for folks to walk around the tables and to the trampoline without bumping into folks. All the staff were very helpful from the concession stand, to the check in, and at the trampoline side. This was definitely a good experience for all ages of kids. We were worried the kids would be bored being teens but they all had a blast. If you plan to throw a party, this is a good place to have it especially if you want to bring outside food in instead of just having pizza for the guest. Located in the Monterey Plaza, parking is plentiful and there are some good snackings you can do at neighboring businesses after your fun sesh here. Waivers need to be signed prior to any type of fun and you have the option of purchasing a membership vs "jump passes" which allow you to play at a 90 minute timeframe or 2 hours. Memberships are the obvious choice if you plan on saving money but keep in mind that there is a 3 month minimum commitment. Offerings here consist of large trampolines, a basketball court [meant more for the older kids due to the aggressive play], stunt jumps, a trapeze, an area for dodgeball, and multiple slides. Food and drinks are available for purchase here, though I didn't get a chance to actually view what was offered. 5/5 stars. My little monster had the most amazing time and I appreciated some of the other kids being patient & kind enough to walk her through certain activities. We came here to celebrate my daughter's 8th birthday, and overall we had a really good time. The park was clean, there were plenty of attractions, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The kids had a blast, and for most of the visit it was exactly what we were hoping for. Unfortunately, one employee, Damian, really took away from what would have otherwise been a 5-star experience. My five nieces (all around 10 years old) joined a dodgeball game and did an amazing job. They managed to eliminate what felt like almost the entire opposing team--around 30 kids. After that, Damian joined the game. Within about 30 seconds, one of my nieces got him out with a clean throw, but instead of leaving the court, he said it "didn't count" because he had "just got in" and continued playing. Throughout the game, he repeatedly ignored rules that everyone else was expected to follow. What bothered us even more was how he interacted with the younger kids. He told my nieces they "were terrible" and even asked them, "Are you even allowed to be here?" These are 10-year-old girls who were just trying to have fun with their cousins. At the same time, he seemed perfectly happy letting a group of older teenage boys (around 16 years old) dominate the game, while making the younger kids feel unwelcome. Since we were celebrating my daughter's 8th birthday, she was excited to play dodgeball with her older cousins. During one play, a ball was thrown toward her head. Thankfully, my 12-year-old nephew stepped in front of her and was hit in the face instead. We were concerned by what happened and left feeling that the situation wasn't handled appropriately. It's disappointing because every other part of our visit was great. The facility itself is excellent, and the rest of the staff we encountered were wonderful. One negative interaction with a single employee overshadowed what should have been a fantastic birthday celebration. I hope management looks into how staff participate in games with children. Employees should be there to encourage kids, make the games fair, and help everyone have fun--not leave young children feeling singled out or discouraged. We went here for a friend's son's birthday party. Parking was plentiful even for an early Sunday afternoon. As soon as we walked in, there was a long line to check in. Luckily I signed the online waiver form the night before and I saw my friend to walk us in. A pair of colorful socks used specifically for the trampoline area were handed to my son. There was an area to the right corner when you walk in that is reserved for special events. They had multiple private rooms with windows for larger parties and outside picnic tables for smaller parties. And now the main attraction of the venue, the trampoline area! I was amazed how many attractions that were available compared to your normal trampoline park. There was a dodge ball area that was super full all the time, multiple basketball court trampoline area, a battle beam, huge slides which I thought looked cool, an airbag trampoline jump, an interactive aero strike area that was awesome, and of course the main court with the wall to wall trampolines. There was an arcade of course and an area to store all your shoes. The venue just opened 4-5 months ago so it was clean, the crowd was respectful, and not as super crowded as I thought it would be. I called ahead because there was an issue where people were getting charged when signing waivers and the guy who answered me was rude and just hung up on me. The day of the party, the party host had a great attitude. Other than that, it was like we ran the party. We had to look for our guests to come eat and when it was time for the cake. This was a great place to have my daughter's birthday party! All the kids had an incredible time, it has so much space and is well maintained. The downside, my party host should deserve at most 2 stars. I rented one of the rooms and spent around $950-$1000 for the party. When someone is spending that much and is renting a room, you'd expect the room to be ready, sodas to be delivered promptly and the name written prior to arrival on the room, not me having to chase the party host down to do all these things. Something that would help these hosts is allowing the hosts and party hosts to collaborate 30-45 minutes before the event, not 15 minutes. Also have your staff trained properly as the poor customer service does have an impact on the business in my opinion. read more

When you sign up they make all these promises , rope you in for 3 month minimum of membership and then change what they say. I am sure someone will say read the policy. We had them make notes on the account that my son has a medical ada condition, and because of this I need to be close to him. Everytime I come in I have to re explain this or they try to charge me extra. We go 6-8pm an consistently they close all the trampolines, play areas etc at 7:46pm. I pay for 2 hours not 1:46 minutes. If it was once I'd understand but every single night ? Especially weekends ! The employees have this attitude like they don't want to be there and it shows. They are more focused on getting out of work early than doing their job. Management is non existent here. They don't care either. The toilets in the Mens room remain broken and black trash bags over them for over 8 months! Really you can't fix your plumbing in 8 months? The place is very dirty. They literally have a stacking bin next to the water fountain to catch the water coming out from broken plumbing. Hey!!! Read the fine print and grab the membership pass which includes buddy passes. It's the best bang for your buck. I've had over 5 visits here and it doesn't get old. Kids always get a kick out of it. Workers are also very helpful and great with kids. I witnessed an employee bring out freshly air fried food and deliberately helped a toddler stop crying by trying to calm her down, cool the food and feed her. It cost about $100 to have 2 kids jump for 2 hours; they gave the kids the wrong color wristbands so they tried to kick them out well before their 2 hours were up; food was not only overpriced but their pager also failed to work so after waiting 45 minutes for nuggets (they weren't accepting orders for pizzas because "the kitchen has too many orders" and they were out of corn dogs and literally everything else) I went to check on our order and was told that it had been sitting out on the counter for "a while" and the warned me that it was cold and they couldn't refund me or remake the order; aaaaand I got my shoes stolen because they only have a small collection of open cubbies for footwear and everyone else has to just leave theirs on the floor so they're open for the taking. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to speak up -- especially as a business owner myself who holds extremely high standards when it comes to professionalism, customer service, and treating every client like they belong. Yesterday, February 1st around 11:30 AM, my wife, my child, and I had an unacceptable interaction with a female employee working the front desk. I did not catch her name, but she was on the 11:30 AM shift and should be very easy for management to identify. From the moment we approached the counter, her attitude was openly hostile and dismissive -- not just toward us, but toward multiple customers. While people were clearly waiting in line, she repeatedly looked at them and then walked away without acknowledgment, showing zero urgency, courtesy, or respect. This is basic customer service 101, and she failed at every level. When I politely asked questions regarding my Platinum membership for my son, instead of helping, she repeatedly tried to rush and shoo me away. At one point, she told my wife to get out of the line immediately, despite the fact that no one was behind her. Her tone was rude, commanding, and completely inappropriate. There was no reason for this behavior whatsoever. What made this even more unacceptable was her willingness to argue with me as a customer -- a returning client and a paying member. As a business owner, I know firsthand that you never argue with customers, especially families. You listen, you help, and you show professionalism. She did none of that. Instead, she showed arrogance, impatience, and a complete lack of training or accountability. This employee made my family feel unwelcome, disrespected, and uncomfortable. That is the opposite of what a family-oriented business like Altitude should represent. One bad employee can damage a company's reputation quickly, and this individual is a clear liability to your brand. Frankly, if this were my business, this level of behavior would be grounds for immediate termination. Someone who treats customers this way -- especially members -- should not be in a front-facing role at all. There is no excuse for this conduct. Altitude needs to take this seriously, review who was working the front desk at 11:30 AM on February 1st, and take immediate corrective action. Customers pay to be treated with respect. Families deserve better. And no business should tolerate an employee who clearly does not want to be there and takes it out on the people supporting the company. Don't get me wrong -- Altitude itself is a fun place for both kids and adults to jump around and enjoy themselves. However, the employee I'm referring to should be removed immediately before she continues to drain the happiness that families walk in with. Her approach, demeanor, energy, and overall presence completely kill the positive atmosphere the moment you interact with her. When families walk in on a weekend, they come excited, happy, and ready to enjoy time together. Instead of welcoming that energy, she does the opposite -- she shuts it down. The way she interacts with customers strips away the joy and warmth people bring with them, and that is a serious problem for a family-focused business. Customers should walk in feeling happy and leave feeling the same way, not feeling disrespected or uncomfortable. I will continue to bring my son here because he enjoys it, but I sincerely hope that by the time we return, she is no longer representing this company. Someone with her attitude should not be in a position where they directly impact families and children. This business deserves employees who add to the experience, not take away from it. read more

We just had our daughter's 8th birthday here. Our party host, Anh, was amazing and very attentive. He made sure he checked on us almost every 20mins. He made sure our pizza came out on time/earlier and that we never saw the bottom of our soda pitcher. The park was clean and bright. There are a few cons. With the amount of parties they get over the weekend, you would think they'd have a dedicated person for birthday parties. They don't. We stood in the line for at least 15-20mins before someone even helped us and our guests have expressed the same. It was such a waste of time. They also don't answer their phones...like ever! We paid for a package that promised a host, food service, and a smooth party experience, but what we got was the opposite. There was zero communication from staff, no accountability for errors. I understand things can get busy, but that's exactly why an organized system and attentive staff are important -- especially when families are paying a premium for a special celebration. If you're looking for a place that will actually care about your child's big day, keep looking. I'm very extra with decorations and details. She helped me with every single thing, including the photo back drop area I created! She checked our guests in at a separate kiosk so that they didn't have to wait in the long line, had cute socks ready for them, and made sure we always had full pitchers of lemonade and soda. She brought the pizzas out right on time, hot and fresh! We were surprised they were so good!
