My 9 year old son went to altitude on Saturday with his grandpa and baby cousin while he was in the dodge ball area another kid that was playing at first with him started attacking, jumping, stomping and punching my son in the face. He is pretty badly beaten up all while his grandpa had his back turned for just a minute while attending to the little one. Just want to say that this place is absolutely awful and extremely unsafe! No supervision whatsoever they did absolutely nothing and didnt seem to care in the slightest about the situation. read more

I am in a wheelchair. My nephew booked a party for his son and invited friends and family including myself and my wife. We showed up to the establishment and found out the party room is upstairs, we figured no big deal I will take the elevator up. But guess what....no elevator, we figured they would have alternate arrangements but they offered nothing. I understand that it's odd for me to go to a trampoline park but I just wanted to enjoy a family outing with my grand nephew and couldn't do it so we dropped off the gift and left...awkward. read more

Place was disgusting, somone spilled icee and candy and didnt bother to clean it up nor staff did, somone their dirty wet sock on the chair with more icee spillage. Staff was teribble, stand too get a slushy for about 15 minutes before a staff came and helped me, very little people watching the kids. We've been having my daughters birthday at Altitude for the last 3 years. We've always rented a room, ordered pizzas, drinks and had 10-15 jumpers. I've brought in my own candy table dessert and other food. This year, they told me mid party there was a $25 outside food fee. Which caught us off guard since it wasn't a problem the previous 2 years. And the fact they are telling us half way though the party. When we go to pay. We're now being told its a $75 outside food fee. They even looked up our previous history and confirmed we'd never been charged before. I had 1 box of 10 sandwiches delivered. Their inconsistency of the policy AND what the actual fee is irresponsible and irritating. Never going back read more

There's always something to deal with at altitude. If you like teenage management then this is your place. High prices? Your place. Unfinished and old equipment? Come here. Want to get screwed out of a month membership? Altitude. Feel like the world is just too fair?I know where you can hate life. Altitude. No one here is over 21. No one knows a thing about anything. Last friday, i visited and i had a great experience. Specially the service in the cafe was amazing! I loved how one of the altitude members, miranda had such good and kind energy and i had some questions about the menu and she answered every question i had even she recommended some yummy food! Everything was good, employees were nice, looked like all of their machines were working, plenty of food and drink to pick from. Everything was clean and saw few employees constantly cleaning. Don't understand the bad reviews about employees not being your babysitter. read more

They make parents PAY to watch their children jump (flying squirrel does not!). It wasn't very clean either, the floor in the reserved birthday party room was sticky. On the plus side, they *do* sell alcohol (canned beers/ciders) and the staff were polite. read more

Massively expensive although the membership is reasonable. Birthday parties are beyond expensive for what you get for them. The tables for the parties are near the entrance making it very cold. The floor is concrete and wet. The kid's socks got soaked. Most of the games were broken. The pizza is beyond nasty and so very expensive. Even their pretzels suck. It took the "team leader" 10 minutes to make a very low-quality latte. Terrible acoustics, you can't hear the music, nor any announcements. It is a headache-inducing wall-of-noise. They have a weird sign on their front door with a distinct sovereign citizen vibe. Yikes! There are few types of people more dumb and useless than sovcits. They do not enforce masks, although the employees were wearing them - to avoid fines, of course. This place is a daily superspreader event. This makes the owners total scumbags. Don't support incompetent businesses run by morons, please. If you must go to a massively overpriced trampoline park, try Flying Squirrel, it is a much nicer, more comfortable experience. read more

My friend and I where here for a first time experience with our 12-13 year old sons and their friends on a Saturday night, 7-10pm. The conditions where absolutely abysmal! Lack of staff(and what staff was available seemed to be primarily, if not totally, teenagers who spent most of their time conversing with each other), all trash cans where full to the point of overflowing onto the floor, which was also covered in trash, tables in the dining area where covered with used cups and pizza boxes. The "jumpers" where poorly supervised, with multiple fights, arguments and suspect behavior being reported by our kids. The bathrooms where very unsanitary! With our sons reporting that there was urine "all over the walls and floor" in the men's room. Every surface, floors, tables, benches, etc was sticky. The cafe apparently closes at 9pm but, no announcement of this was made prior to closing and my friend was not notified, when she purchased a "refillable" beverage pitcher that she would be unable to refill after 9pm. The culmination of the evening was when a full grown, adult man stood in the entrance and screamed threats, accusation and slurs at what appeared to be a small group of teenage girls. This was when we decided to leave. As we were trying to safely extract our children from the location, a female who may or may not have been associated with the man was walking around in the parking lot, standing behind people's vehicles, taking pictures of people's license plates and screaming about "the cops being on their way". While I don't hold the owners of the property responsible for these people's behavior, I do hold them responsible for the interior conditions, including the lack of appropriate supervision for what appeared to be a very large and rowdy group of kids. We where very disappointed and uncomfortable with this experience and will likely not return! read more

They must be hurting financially if they have to charge you to "spectate" your children, especially considering they charge almost double what other trampoline parks charge. No routine satanizing, which kinda grossed me out. All in all, much better trampoline parks around that are cleaner, cheeper and have better equipment. read more

Staff are just hanging out with other jumpers that are their friends not watching anything going on around them. Young children hearing extreme profanities, seeing fighting, and cannot enjoy any of the foam pits due to older kids laying in them together either kissing or just playing on their phones. Took a few kids on Saturday for my daughters 8th birthday and they had a blast. It's $25 for 3 hours which is a good deal if they jump for the three hours and they did! There were lots of tables open and we brought in some drinks and candy (I think it actually says no outside food but no one said anything). My only gripe is that they charged full price for my 3 year old, I wish there was a discount she wasn't able to physically do some of the obstacles. read more

If you have young ones, don't bring them here. When we paid for the jump at the front desk, I was told that I could follow my kiddos and watch them and that my own socks were fine (I specifically asked) only to be latter told by a worker to leave my 3 year old alone and go buy socks from them. Bad enough that they lied to me and tried to force me to pay them so I could walk around in their building but telling me to leave my 3 year old girl alone, hell no. On top of that, half of their games and they cash exchange machine are broken, 2 of the trampolines were ripped. Not once in 2 hours did I see anyone wipe/clean the copious amounts of sweat off of any of the equipment. Not a fun time. read more

My grandson who is in the 7th grade and 13 years old was first bullied, then jumped and beat up by over ten high school kids who rat packed him. Altitude stood back and watched... they did nothing. This kind of thing happens frequently here and it is not a safe environment for younger kids. The memberships for all my grandchildren here have been cancelled. Until Altitude takes this kind of behavior by older kids beating up younger kids seriously and actually do something about it, I urge all parents to do the same. Read the notice on the lockers. I did not. I put the 4$ in to rent it for an hour, then the machine asked for a 6$ non-refundable deposit.i was not about to pay 10 for a locker. The notice is clearly posted, I just missed it. I pitched a ridiculous fit to the manager, who didnt bat an eye at my crappy attitude and took care of me right away. I'm absolutely embarrassed by my own behaviour, and equally impressed by this young women's professionalism. I later apologized, and she accepted it with a smile, like I hadn't been a raging turd. My kids really enjoy this tramp park. It's way closer to us than the one at Northtown and it's also better. The cost seems to be pretty similar. Lots of different things for the kids to do. They really like the ninja course even though I've never seen it. I would recommend maybe some more comfortable seats for waiting parents. The metal tables get a little hard but they're probably used for the cleanliness. Overall we love this park. read more

Pretty standard options for a trampoline park. While its new and fresh inside, the parking lot is literally littered with garbage. either the patrons of. Trampoline park are overly messy or these guys never sweep up the parking lot. I only complained after I saw a smooshed used diaper by my parking spot. It had been there a while. We came to the highly marketed event for new years do our child could have a fun celebration to ring in the new year and no drinks or pizza were provided until after the "balloon drop" which was announced 2 minutes prior to the drop hardly allowing children to come down and be part of the activity. Once the 3 bags of balloons were dropped on the few children who were under them , then employees began pouring cider and pizza was beginning to be served, only 2-3 pizzas were even cooked for the hoard of children and parents attending. Causing the line to be created and pizza is still not available 30 minutes after. The planning and execution can use a lot of work knowing that children have an attention span of maybe 5 minutes. The facility was fully staffed but not organized and caused our child to not have the experience he and we were hoping for. Suggestions for any future events in which food and beverages are included would be to have in readily available and throughout the event in order for there to not be an inability to accommodate. read more

Went to the park two times. Was told by an employee that if I did the month membership that my card was only charged once. I've received 3 reoccurring charges for the past 4 months. When I called the manager to talk about the charges, I was told "that it isnt their problem", and that they wouldn't rectify the situation. I'll be filing fraud charges. This appears to be a common issue with this establishment based on the google and Yelp reviews. read more

Not a place you want you daughter to go. A few boys pushed themselves unwanted on my daughter and friend. Kept separating them from each other. They felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Would not recommend letting your daughters be there. read more

We walked inside and everything was nice and clean. Wasn't too busy. Thought it was a little pricey but we decided to have all 3 of our kids jump anyways. $60 for 1.5 hours and had to get grip socks. Our kids are 12/11/3 years old. 15 minutes after they started we were notified we have to have an observer band. Sure no problem! Except it was $3 a person just to watch your children jump. Ridiculous! The older kids we really don't have to watch, but our 3 year old needs parent supervision. I would have spent more money to eat there but this really rubbed me the wrong way. read more

Today we had my daughter's 6th birthday party at Altitude. We have had birthdays here every year for the past 4 years for both of my daughters. After today, we will NEVER return to Altitude ever again. The customer service is atrocious! Let's start with what was out of everyone's hands. I had a guest to our birthday party bring extra people. Not Altitude's fault by any means but in trying to sort out the issue of extra jumpers (we paid for 10) my sister offered to have her boys just use their membership to jump instead of lumping them into the birthday party jumpers. We were informed that if we did that, her boys would not be allowed at the birthday table, would not be able to have pizza, cake that WE provided, or be around for presents. What? Either way the boys would be paid for...by their membership or by the party itself so what difference would it have made? We were just supposed to tell them they can't sit with the other kids? We didn't ask for anything more supplies wise to be included. The manager Kenadee was so incredibly rude, and unprofessional. She gave us dirty looks and gathered with other employees pointing at us and all around making us feel uncomfortable. We had two 3 year olds in our party. One with health issues who obviously needed supervision. We were told that in order to watch our own children we'd have to pay $3 extra per parent. Pay to watch our own kids? There were older children running around rowdy as all hell knocking down little kids left and right. This is unacceptable. The workers weren't there watching over the littles so why make the parents pay to watch them? We did anyway and good thing we did because an older kid handed one of the 3 year olds a part of one of the trampolines (some sort of elastic rope) which he then started chewing on. Had we not been there he could have choked. Our birthday party included a private dodge ball game for only party goers. When they announced ours, we headed over and there were tons of other kids not in our party playing. We asked the worker supervising the game (Taylor) if he was going to have the other kids leave so our party could play. We pay for this after all. He told us, everyone was apart of the party. Um excuse me? We told him, no they are not. He then told us that another worker told him that the parents of the birthday child said it was ok to have all other kids play. We were dumbfounded. We informed him that WE ARE THE PARENTS and NO we did not want these other kids...many way older and more aggressive than our young party to play in the allotted time we had for our own group. He still kept letting other kids come in until finally we told them to get out!!!! The bathroom was DISGUSTING. Two stalls were full of fecal matter on and in the toilet as well as the floor. It was there when we got there and there when we left. Two and a half hours of POOP all over the bathroom where children in socks were walking around. Minor details like spelling or daughters name correctly for our table (even though I spelled it for them and they have it in their system for the waiver) were not paid attention to. Altitude is a good park but it gets boring and the prices are expensive and the cheapest thing is cheese and it's 1dollar but the passes are good it's 15 per month for two hours you have to go once a month to make money read more

Fun but wow, what an inefficient checking process. We bought tix online and still had to wait in line for almost 30 min. There were only 2 cashiers on a Saturday, and half way thru our wait, one of them drifted off. Parents were annoyed and kids were restless. But otherwise really fun. read more

This is such a fun trampoline park! It's fun for little ones and even for young adults (great date night). They have all different things you can do: Basketball Trapeze into foam pit Wipe Out type obstacles Jumping on top of tall walls Monkey bars over foam pit Dodgeball And much more! Friday nights are so much fun bc they have a DJ with lights off and disco lights going. It is an absolute blast!!! read more

Customer Service is horrible! A bunch of young people worked there and they sat around talking the entire time I was there. I was waiting to get food and I spent almost 5 minutes to get the attention of the workers through the back window who sat around talking ad not paying attention to customers at all. My kids went for "Friday Night Frenzy" and had a great time. Twenty bucks gets you three hours of jumping and a piece of pizza. They had a DJ, which the kids thought was cool. (Side note - the place was obviously full of kids and there were a few songs about drugs.....me and the mom crew I was with didn't love that.). Overall though, for three hours of solid entertainment, it's a pretty good deal. Save your socks so you don't have to buy them every time. Place seemed clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Also, there's ample seating. read more

This is a great place to let your kids let their energy out but not on June 6, over 400 kids and not enough staff from the schools they came from and employees . My 2 yr old got shoved in the face by a student and is scared to enjoy. Kids don't listen as there is a 5yr and under area. So far, there is about a hand full of kids with ice packs which tells me it's way over crowded. Never again. read more

This place is pretty cool. They do have a little section for smaller kids. There is a lot to do from foam pits to basketball to dodgeball to open area to jump. You will need to either buy your own special socks ($2) or bring your own from other trampoline parks. read more

Very nice place! Brand new and very clean and comfortable. Excellent setups for the kids. Employees are nothing but outstanding! My Grand Daughter had a young lady employee stay with her for probably just more than 1/2 hr. Helping her do about everything in there. Of course there weren't very many people there at 11am, but she didn't have to do it. Maddy loved it though and made a new friend. Remember to bring jumping socks, even if you don't jump. They are only $2 if you need some and they are yours to keep. I had fun watching the Grand Daughter have fun. That's all that counts. read more
