Great chuck r cheese location. It seems a lot cleaner than the north one. The service is good, they are friendly. The games are super fun, a good variety of a lot of different things. A couple games were broken. Other than that, it's a good spot to bring your kids to play! read more

Was taking my kids to this establishment thinking we'd all have a good time playing games and eating pizza, when all the sudden me and my 8 year child overheard the manager, who was a red head, didn't quite catch her name but a quick glance at the tag hinted towards Cal. This manager was seemingly very upset with her employees, ushering in some very foul language, to which my child overheard. It was a very long car ride home, having to explain what the F word meant to my child. Never going back again, manager should be fired. read more

Never in my days did I expect to enter such an awful establishment. I took my girl Takashima and my brother Jaquavious. Sure, we aren't kids, but we brought along my brother's daughter. My beautiful, BEAUTIFUL brother, MINUTES, minutes I say after we walked in... WE got threatened. A white male, looking like he just came out of the woods with a case of beer, harassed my brother and I. What was the comment that set us off you may ask? He said he was going to crush a beer can on my brothers head, and throw me into a table. Anxious, worried, in emotional distress, Taka went to get an employee, hoping to put an end to this situation. The employee in question didn't believe her, walked back into the back and left my poor girl Taka alone, vanishing into the disturbing shadows. The man eventually left, as I interlocked pinkies with my sweet brother. Soon enough, the countdown for Chuck E. began. 5 minutes.. a dance.. 4 minutes.. 3.. 2.. 1. We went through five excruciating minutes of a man explaining what to do when Chuck comes out. To Takas surprise, we got shoved out of the way by him. His oversized shoes nearly abducting my niece. I felt personally offended as did Jaquavious when Chuck decided to push us aside. Was this an attack on our skin? I nearly burst into tears, almost collapsing. How could this happen? This is advertised as the place where "A kid can be a kid". I'm a grown man and I felt useless. Chuck E. decided to begin his little half-did dance. Least he gave was a little wiggle. But I couldn't let this happen. I got on the dance floor, pulling my own moves out. I break-danced for 10 minutes, even after the music ended. Someone needed to stand up to Chuck, would it be me? As my fingers touched the floor, they were covered in grease, something brown, and stained. I ended my dance there, and Chuck E. looked angered. But I needed to prove my dominance, my worth. This is me. This is my culture. I went to the bathroom to try to wash off my hands, but the odd substances wouldn't go. The health department needs to take a look at this place, they also need to get a Chuck. E who can hide his disguise better. The so called 'Mouse', came out as a middle aged, receding hairline man.. My niece had a disheartening look on her poor face, we didn't dare to touch the pizza. It looked like it came off the dirty dance floor. What happened to the stage? Where is Chuck. E's friends? A mystery I hope one day is solved, I find it disturbing. This establishment needs to work on disinfecting the games, my brother Jaquavious nearly caught 10 diseases and had to get a tetanus shot. Never coming here again. Awful, horrendous, disgusting place. Shame on you Chuck. E. Shame. read more

We were visiting our grandkids and found out that our almost 4 year old granddaugher had never experienced Chucky Cheese. We decided to give it a try. Since last time we has been to a Chucky Cheese, they did away with coins and tickets. Everything is placed on a card. You have the option of purchasing playing the games with points or by time. We decided to play for an hour but they had a special and added another 30 minutes so 90 minutes for just over $30. We made the most of the games with that 90 minutes. You do have a one time, time out so if your food arrives you can stop to eat which we did. The pizza is over priced for what you get but it was good pizza. The employee thought that the pizza included 1 topping so we got it only to find out after we left and I looked at the receipt, it was an extra charge. We still had a great time and since we went during the late morning, kids were all in school. Except for 1 other table, we had the place all to ourselves. Btw, Chuck Cheese made 2 appearance while we were there! read more

This review is graded on a curve. That is, compared to other Chuck E. Cheeses, this one is slightly better. It's clean. Machines were in working order. Food was hot and ready. And the customer service was friendly and prompt. Still, it's a Chuck E. Cheese so you have to know what you're getting yourself into. To me, it's a bit like entering a world where Franz Kafka had a baby with Walt Disney. It came out all deformed and emotionally disturbed so they cruelly kept it locked in the attic until adulthood. It was then anointed "chuck" in a full-moon ritual involving lamb blood and fetal cord extract, released to a prestigious MBA program / gulag, and went on to create a chain of brain washing facilities in its image. The pizza isn't terrible. This place is really expensive though. I spent something like $30 PER KID for 90 minutes of fun. Thinking it through, I coulda damn well brought them to Silverwood and had a much better time at that. If they weren't so easily manipulated into loving this place I wouldn't take them at all honestly. You have to gird your psychic loins for the experience and pray that a just God exists who has your best interests at heart. read more

What a fun "reward night"! Little man worked his butt off on his chores and did good at school so we got to go out for a little reward! I have to say the way that they changed it from individual tokens to "all you can play" for a desired duration is pretty awesome! We killed it and he got a pretty rad prize! The Jackpots were just tough enough for him to try hard for but we're quite attainable! We didn't get food on this trip but we will be back!! 10/10 recommend for a "Reward Night" for your kiddos! read more

Was nice and clean with a friendly staff. Kids had a great time but there was hardly anyone there. Kids had free reign.

The food is awful, ridiculously pricey, and the games are pretty bad. I ordered the personal pizza which said 6 slices but when I received it the slices were so small an adult could eat a slice in nearly one bite. It should've said kid size pizza. Ridiculous. The games no longer accept coins. They have changed the coins out for a card which stores the "points". You no longer get the joy of having the coins rattle around. You also can not tell if the game is pulling points of the card or not. At least you knew how many coins you put in. Poor choice in getting rid of the coins. read more

Had our son's 5th birthday here a couple days ago and it was terrific! The Manager, Steve, and the Hostess, Emily, were fantastic! They had everything ready to go as soon as we walked in and made our son feel like a super star every step of the way! We had a pretty big crew, about 14 kids, and Steve and Emily kept everything running smoothly and on-time. Our son said he had the "best birthday ever!" So it was a total success! :) read more

My daughter and I went on a Wednesday around 330 and there were very few people. It was very clean, only 2 or 3 games were out of order, if there was a problem they dealt with it promptly and customer service was pretty good as well. We didn't eat, just played games. Only 2 things really bothered me. 1) The lady that greeted us/stamps your hand seemed annoyed or bored. Either way, its the first impression a customer had walking in so maybe she should smile more, even if she's faking it. 2) When I looked over at grumpy girl, she was on her phone. There were no customers but still not a good look. Also when we went to redeem our tickets, the lady behind the counter was looking at her phone. Had to wait a minute before she noticed. Will we go again? Duh, its cheap fun for the kiddo. $20 for 80 coins and we didn't use them all. read more

I have not been to a CC since I was like 10, and I was presently surprised by this one. Very clean good selection of games for the kids to play and the salad bar looked great. One thing that I found great is they stamp everyone when they enter to make sure no kids leave with someone they did not come with. read more
