Several birthday parties, almost all tables in use, but this wasn't a detriment. I brought my 2 year old and met his friend there, and they had a ton of fun in the toddler section. A couple of times rambunctious older kids tried to take over the ball pit in the toddlers only area, and staff actually came to redirect those children to the appropriate play structure. This was FANTASTIC! I wasn't sure that they would do that, and was in the process of moving my toddler to a different section for his safety the first time a staff came over. Another time a manager came over to redirect older kids right after they zoomed into the area, and another time a staff member redirected older kids before they entered. It was the busiest I've ever seen it there, but they were definitely well staffed and doing a great job. This did mean I didn't feel comfortable letting my toddler on the larger play structure, but that was not a problem for me. We have gone on it when there were fewer kids and it was fun, but I was especially glad he was happy in the toddler section almost the whole time. I definitely recommend this place as an activity for your family. I'm not sure of when kids age out of it being fun, but it does provide great value. When you pay for admission, you get 2 free adults per kid, free siblings under 1, and can reenter later in the day. They open at 10 am on the weekend and the second time we went, for my son's 2nd birthday, we got there just after opening and had the whole place to ourselves for a bit. It's been fun when it's busy and when it's not.

The booking process is quite simple with the waiver sign off and they quickly check you in at the front desk too. The facility is well maintained and top of all safe and "Kid friendly". My son loves this place and never wants to leave when it's time to leave. They also have a bit of space for hosting birthday party events and the rides here are fun and well constructed.

One of our son's favorite spot was the "Market" lol anyway, we had fun taking pictures with Mickey and Minnie and loved the surprise Balloon drop. Bonus was the spacious parking lot across and babytown area for kids 2 and under. They can host private parties, and even have books and toys for sale. It's much bigger than you'd think, and the different play areas/stations were nicely done. The owners and staff are all extremely nice, friendly and helpful. She loves getting the free playdohs from the vending machines, make shapes and watch them animate in giant screen. The foam pool is also a popular area. There's also the PJ mask theme activities. Gradually this place is getting more popular and crowded. But it also becoming repetitive for us. Maybe the management can introduce some rotating activities to keep it interesting for the kids. The staff do a nice job of keeping the place organized and clean. They are very friendly as well. Love having the option to have this activity spot as an option when most things are closed on Sundays.

Playland is best suited for younger children, probably ages two to nine. It has two levels and a small dedicated play area specifically for toddlers. Adults can sit at small tables and chairs nearby, and they do allow you to bring in food, though the dining options in the mall are somewhat limited. On a rainy day, this can be a good place to spend a couple of hours. The current rate was $20 per child, with no charge for adults.
