Pretty disappointed with this Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Pine Brook. My sister-in-law and I brought our kids on Friday, November 10th to bounce around and have some fun. We bought tickets online in advanced and let me tell you, the price alone is highway robbery. $37 per kid for admission and for a pair of their "special" Sky Zone socks is ridiculous. At $80 total for two kids for an hour and a half of jumping I was hoping there would be lots for the kids to do. Well, I was wrong. Only a few of the trampoline sections were open and others were closed. The inflatable obstacle course with trampolines was closed and that looked like the most fun section. My kids could only bounce between the trampolines, the foam pit, and the basketball area. They seemed to be short staffed so I assume that's why some of the areas were closed. After my kids got tired of the same bouncy areas they asked if they could play the arcade games, I had to tell them no because that was another added on price I just couldn't dish out. Overall, my kids got what they wanted, which was a lot of bouncing time. That's why I am giving Sky Zone two stars. I don't think I will return to Sky Zone any time soon. I did see they had a Groupon, but November 10th was a black out date so I did not buy it. Maybe if my kids are itching to bounce again I will buy the Groupon since we already have the expensive socks. read more

We were guests for a birthday party. Place is huge and they have multiple area's for parties and fun. We started in the trampoline area where the kids just jumped around and played dodgeball/games. For parents there is an observation area on a 2nd level-ish area. After, we moved to the foam pit and tarzan like swing. Once complete we were ushered into the party room where there was pizza and cake. It was a bit disorganized but the kids loved it. There is a small arcade area to drop some extra bucks. We love the Pinebrook location! Our toddler loves Toddler Time on weekend mornings and always runs from one area to the next. It is the BEST way to burn energy out of your toddlers, and great for groups! Toddler time also includes socks in your entry, which is super helpful. Adults will need to purchase their own pair, but hold on to them and bring them when you return for free entry with your child in future jumps. We appreciate that they have an area for snacks and a little seating space - make sure you bring a little cash for games or their little ice cream dot vending machine, because those kids will want to do at least ONE of those things at your visit. read more

Took the kids here and everyone had the best time! The park was spacious and there were a ton of different trampoline activities and areas for jumping. My only complaint is the amount of money you pay for the socks. At $6 a pop, plus admission, it can get pricey (so keep those socks they sell you!!). The place was clean and there was staff monitoring every area where the kids were jumping. We took our kids ages 3.5 and 9 they jumped for over an hour. They had regular jumping, dodge ball, a foam pit, obstacle course and basketball. There was so much to do and everyone burned off a ton of energy! My husband and I also jumped and had a really fun time. It's definitely something different and worth doing every once in awhile. The staff was nice. Great place to take the kids and burn off some energy. Depending on the kids age, parents should always have their head on a swivel. They have older kids watching over children. Anything could happen with a lot of people around. They do try and enforce the one person per trampoline rule. Hard not to let happen. Place usually is packed but we were lucky to have a great hour. Practically had the free run area to ourselves. The basketball hoops are fun for me lol, my son at 5, passes on it. He is all about the foam pit and trying to do a better flip or trick every time. Dodgeball is fun with the right group of people. The older kids section had competitive games going on consistently. Kids like it and always enjoy themselves. This review is for the SkyFit or SkyRobics class. Grab a snack because this is going to be a long one. Facility: clean, open, smells like feet, but what do you expect. It wears off once you're on the trampolines Class: Even split of cardio, toning and cooldown. Could've been more effective, I think I just had a bad instructor. Lets start by that I haven't been on a trampoline since I was 8 yrs old and I was a bit nervous coming here since I'm not the most athletic person in the world. We got our tickets online ($10 for half an hour), when you get there make sure you go to the registration station where they have computers for you to fill out your waivers. Then you make the line to the left to show your passes, purchase socks ($2) and rent a locker for your personal items or you could leave them in the car. After you put on your cute orange socks and put everything away you walk up the stairs and they let you in at your time slot. Once you are inside they have four sections where you can go. The trampoline basketball court, two trampoline dodge ball spaces and one with just trampolines. You can spend as much time as you want in any of the places in your time slot. I had a great time even If I was a little scared at first and I'm so glad we only pay for half an hour since this was an intense work out. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it seem a little disorganized I had to figure out everything on my own and the workers there were like thrill sergeants, I understand there has to be rules so people don't get hurt but they were super strict about everything. read more

I came here with a bunch of my friends from a group-on deal my friend got. It was so much fun we did an hour jump session and we all had a great time. There was separate areas for you to do whatever you wanted and we all kind of gravitated towards the dodge ball. The locker rentals are separate so i suggest you leave stuff inside your car or jacket. They give you grip socks to walk around in, the rules there are kind of strict but i understand why accidents do happen. The staff was really friendly though ensuring our safety at all times. My kid got hurt in this place. I called the place ahead of time and asked if I have 4- year old and 6 year old kids would it be safe to bring them, or if my 4 year old is too young. I was assured that they have a separate areas for 4 year olds and 6 year olds. Not only there was no separation between 4 year olds and 6 year olds age groups, there was no separation for kids and adults. The staff did not pay attention to the area. My 4 year old daughter bounced off 200 lb man and fractured the bone in her leg. When I brought her to the Orthopedic for a cast, the doctor said that she gets ALOT of business from Sky Zone. so long story short, my daughter is injured, I will be paying for in-home care for her for 4-5 weeks. I had always wanted to try out one of these indoor trampoline facilities ever since seeing the music video for "Magic" by Olympic Ayres. It was a lot of fun! I went with a group and we paid $20 each for the hour, they also require you to pay $2 for special socks. I feel an hour is a good amount of time for beginners, so go with that since 30 minutes is definitely too short. They have different sections, such as a pit to dive into and an area with three backboards for dunking. You'll see people of all ages here. Amazing staff! Friendly and caring. Very quick to help when needed, and organized for parties. We've been going for over a year and my daughter loves it. The new pass system makes it much more affordable to go more often. The staff know her by name and play with her when it's not busy. Really can't say enough about the people. I had so much fun here. Boyfriend took me here last weekend and I had a great time. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the price. For 1 hour of jump time, it's $23 pp ($46 for 2 people) and then when you get there you have to buy the jump socks at $3 each and then rent a locker to put all your stuff in because most of it isn't permitted in the trampoline area. The grand total was $59 for the 2 of us to jump for one hour... I guess your endorphin levels increase so much after jumping it almost feel worth it. I've had a lot of fun myself (I'm 50) as well as my kids and nephew and my kids' friends (from 3 years old to 13 years old). There's a nice variety of ways to bounce, from a huge grid of trampolines to a pit full of foam cubes (my favorite). As long as you're in OK shape, it's a pretty safe way for anyone to have fun, without feeling like you need to have any skill or you're competing with others. Been here two times and both were so much fun. Staff is always really nice and very attentive. The first time I had bought tickets online for ten people altogether and 2 people didn't show up. Talked to one of the managers and he gave me two 1 hour jump passes for next time which was fun. The second time I went, I had a group of 21 people altogether. I scheduled the jump from 4:30-6:30, but since so many people didn't show up on time, the lady who helped us actually extended our time until 7 which was very nice of her. Everyone who went had a blast. There is a foam pit, basketball hoops for dunking, and a dodgeball place. Honestly, one of my favorite places to go to have some fun. Most of the staff there are nice except for the 2 people running the dodgeball on a Wednesday night, there was a group of rowdy older teens playing very aggressively who were friends with the referees, (a white girl with a ponytail and a bad attitude and a white guy named ryan) when we asked to play a game without the loud and aggressive guys, who already previously were whipping balls at us wayyyy too hard, they laughed and said no and then proceeded to join the teens flinging balls at each other. I've been to other Sky Zones, but this one was just ok. It was very crowded and the staff looked very unenthusiastic to be around so many kids. I'm not a kid or parent so whatever, but other than that it was actually pretty fun. OH! make sure you sign your waiver on one of the computers by the door before you get in line. I witnessed a woman and her three kids get told that they had to sign it before getting in line. The staff was amazing and extremely patient with the children. Courteous and kind staff made it a pleasant experience for all. My son hit his knee on the metal divider as he jumped and the staff immediately called for ice and comforted my son until ice was applied. Thankfully it was nothing serious but the staff continued to comfort and encourage my son to get back on the trampolines as we had just gotten there.
