CareWorks provided Oniika Howard, a warm, experienced, thoughtful & caring caregiver who provided just the tight level of support & assistance. Within days "at home," I had regained mobility, albeit slowly, and with Oniika's help & support continued the cleaning & small projects I had started. Ali manages to get him to participate and complete each session using nothing but kindness and compassion. Ali has been a hero for us. My relative is doing better thanks to his sessions with Ali. OPC was a dream come true. This is a small, family owned care facility. This place reminds you of home. The workers are caring and always knowledgeable about what's happening with every resident. Don't be surprised if you see the owners spending the day with patients. Everyone that works here cares for the residents. Loved ones are free to come and visit anytime. My aunt lived there for eight years and I was never disappointed. Even though my aunt is no longer living, she was always happy and I'd recommend Optimum Personal Care to anyone looking for a facility to care for your loved ones when you can longer do it alone.
