We absolutely love this restaurant! I first had their kombucha at a farmer's market while visiting a friend in Mt Shasta, and every time we are in the area (we live 4.5 hours away) we make sure to stop by and fill up our empty glass containers and have a healthy and delicious meal! We even make sure we plan our annual road trip to be able to eat here! They have the best vegetarian food and great options for our whole family. I really wish they had more locations :) read more

The Thrive Bar is my favorite place to eat in town! It's honestly the only place you can easily get healthy food for breakfast and lunch, but it's not the kind of healthy food that leaves you unsatisfied and still hungry. The mushroom mocha is my favorite coffee drink and the Pesto Majesto Bagel sandwich is unbelievably good. Plus, the on-tap kombucha is fantastic and it's so nice to be able to sample before you buy. Alua's is a vegan oasis in a small town that has very few vegan options. We loved the tempeh bacon on a bagel, in a sandwich, and in a bowl. The butternut chili was amazing as well. Next time we're in Mt Shasta, we will come back! read more

Food was great! We ordered different accai bowls and I ordered vegan chili and it was delicious. I would of ordered more food but they start serving their main bowls at noon and it was 11:30am ( the reason I gave it 4 stars also service was a bit too slow). read more

This place meets my food restriction but i was not completely satisfied with what i ordered. I ordered a vegan bagel. I couldn't have the everything bagel because it had sesame seeds and their only alternative was gluten free plain bagel which cost $2 more. I was not thrilled because they only offer 2 kinds of bagels and i shouldn't be paying more for my food allergies.. It was alright. The bacon was overcooked so it was crunchy, the bagel was surprisedly good and the rest was an okay breakfast. Its not a wow place but not the worst. read more

Stopped by here with a friend after someone had recommended this place for their acai bowls and kombucha! We went over here for breakfast after an early morning hike and it hit the spot - the acai was perfectly blended (and not too sweet, not too sour) and a nice portion size - loved the fact they added granola at the bottom of the cup in addition to the top as an extra surprise. Tried some of the kombucha they had on tap too!! Cute space with great service and awesome bowls, we'll be back next time we're in town. read more

Thee spot to go for that is primarily vegan-friendly. So many high vibe & delicious options and the service was lovely.

I love that they have some great kombucha flavors with shasta water however alot of time they are not effervescent at all. Also the acai bowls are not that good. It is a pretty expensive spot but the staff is very friendly. Overall its a good spot, I am just particular about my acai bowls and for how much they are I would not get one again. This kombucha brewery is located in Mount Shasta but has a trailer that travels to the Ashland and Medford Growers' Markets to sell kombucha. Each week three flavors are featured. I have tried the ginger/lemon and the strawberry/grape. Both were veery good with a refreshing tartness. No sugar is added to their kombucha that is made with pure mountain spring water with no additives. A quart bottle refill sells for $7. The brewery will; soon open in a new building with a tap house in Mount Shasta. read more

Based on many good reviews, my family decided to eat lunch here. This is not a good place for food, the portions are small and mediocre. The smoothies we tried were ok and the Kombucha was ok. It's all overpriced. However, I do recognize that there are limited options in the area, especially if you're looking for health foods. read more
