They had a great inventory of wine, liquor, beer, etc. and had exactly what we needed, prosecco, schnapps, vodka and fruit puree. I'll also add that despite how busy they were, the staff was great. They helped us find what we were looking for while we wandering around aimlessly trying to find the goods. Prices were right on money, too. They have a good selection of stuff (I am a bourbon and cocktail person) but nothing amazing. What really frustrated me was around payment. They charge a fee if you use a card: their prices are the same as other stores who do not charge a fee to use a card. Anyways, I used a debit card and found out, after, I was charged a fee. They did offer to refund my charge and I could pay with cash but I did not have enough cash on me. In my experience, this is the ONLY store I have EVER been charged a fee for using a debit card or credit card. It just feels greedy.

Trivia was fun. The night we visited it was all based on song titles. We all wished it would have been structured a tad differently, maybe instead of having to just guess the song title maybe switch it up with some guessing, some multiple choice and maybe other ways of playing. The downside to the song title trivia was that it seemed like most of the songs were older, which my group is not that familiar with. I would suggest switching up the song erras as well. Anywho, the establishment itself had great selection of beer, which was super fun to get to pick your own from the cooler, pay and then walk it right over to your table. FYI - 6 packs will be charged an extra $10 if you want to drink it at your table... bummer. Might as well just pick out of the cooler if that's the case. While I wasn't able to stay to have something on tap, there were plenty of people there after 5pm on a Monday. With at least four doors of cooler space dedicated to craft beer, the floor was divided up between beer and wine. Specifically on selection, you can be sure to find options from around Ohio and brands with more national distribution. I saw a variety of Mad Tree (Columbus) cans, a few 750 mL bottles from Rockmill Brewery (Lancaster) and since it was summer I got a six-pack of Revolution's (Chicago) rosa hibiscus ale. The Beverage Source doesn't look like much on the outside, but the convenient location off highway 16 makes this an obvious option if you are in the area, be it for a night or simply passing through.

Last time I stopped by I was looking for a sweet red wine but unfortunately the distributor is having issues so I have unable to locate that specific one. But the staff member working was very helpful and asked if I would be open to trying something different and gave me some recommendations. I thought it would be nice to try something new so he gave me a German sweet red wine to try. I will definitely be coming back again soon. I plan to start coming here more frequently whenever I need to grab some beer or wine.
