I couldn't be more obsessed with this little wine house. The staff is lovely and extremely knowledgeable. They have a HUGE selection of wine bottles that you can drink there or take to go. I personally love to do the flights because they are constantly changing what their offerings are and you get to pick four to taste from a selection of about 30 wines for only $15. I always enjoy going here and I certainly recommend stopping in. You will not regret it! read more

Super super super cute wine spot in Powell! It's got a tiny bit of food, but mainly just go there for their amazing wine selection. It's a small space so I recommend going early (we got there at 3:30)! Wine by the glass, bottle or flight! Someone brought their dog in which was adorable! The staff of super friendly and helpful, and there are tons of bottles to purchase on your way out. I believe you can even purchase the bottle from shelf and drink it there. Love this wine concept in this cute old house in downtown Powell. Lots of wine to try and a great place to meet friends. It can get crowded, but that's to be expected. Be patient. It's worth the wait. Food options are limited so eat beforehand, unless you like basic cheese and crackers. read more

Great wine shop, super friendly staff. I've gone to several events in the past (pre covid) which were always enjoyable. I've also just gone to sit and drink some wine with a friend. Their list of single pours isn't always my favorite, so I often just buy a whole bottle of my choosing. They are more than willing to chill any wine that may need chilled prior to opening. I believe they do have a couple little food items in a refrigerated section, however, they also allow you to bring in food as well. I've gotten local food from the area as there are many businesses within a mile radius. I've also made my own charcuterie board and brought it in. If you're looking for just about any type of red wine, they have a very nice selection. The only thing that I think they lack in compared to a couple other wine shops that I sometimes go to is their selection of rosé & Prosecco. The selection is by no means small, but I have seen better selection elsewhere. The outdoor seating is really nice too when the weather is warmer. Overall, it's one of my go to spots for wine! read more

Went to the first bottle tasting event! Everyone was to buy a bottle of a Red Blend wine under $30 and put on a community table to share. Was awesome to try so many wonderful red blends. Annie had some really good cheese and meats to try as well. Great little place in downtown Powell. Can't wait for next month bottle share. read more

I met a friend this evening to have wine and catch up. It started well-we ordered a bottle of wine and a charcuterie board. Got the wine and the meat and cheese was in a plastic container from a grocery store ( had to peel off the top) and a sleeve of crackers in a box. Never came out to see how we were doing irbid we needed anything. The only person who stopped by was a young man who stopped to take our wine glasses away as they'd clearly run out of glasses (they never offered us another glass of wine - just took our glasses away)Completely ignored us the entire night. I asked how I could pay the bill. Original waitress told me to come inside, I paid and she never thanked us. Won't be back again and I would not recommend this place. Terrible service. read more

We came across Annie's Wine Cottage while looking for a fun place to go after the Zoo together yesterday. This place is absolutely awesome! Brian at the tasting bar was very knowledgeable on the wines and said they change what they taste very often so you don't always sample the same thing. They also had some different flavor wines (like Ruby Red Grapefruit) that I had never tried that were amazing! We will definitely be back soon! read more
