Once I got home and already ripped off the tags, I saw that there was a hole on my butt!! I called the store and the girl told me to come in the next day when the manager was there. The Manager took one look at them with my receipt and tags and immediately went to grab another pair for me. They didn't have them but said they'd ship them in from the Roanoke store. Got them a few day later and love them so much so thank you 310!!!
