Brought my car here for a full interior/exterior detail and have to say I won't be coming back. Overall I keep my car very clean, but I came in for a full detail because I also had a small spot on my carpet and a few small areas that just needed a good wipe down. I dropped my car off at 9am and it took 6 hours, but I honestly don't know why because half of the work wasn't done. The exterior wax job was great, I'll give him that credit, but the inside looked like it hadn't been touched except for the fact that it was vacuumed. I noticed a spot on my seat which I did go back for and he did scrub it off, but that tells me he didn't go through the whole car which is what I paid for. For $180 I expected the seats & carpets to be cleaned which I can tell they weren't because the few spots I had were still there. I don't believe he was honest with his work and charged me for a full detail thinking I wouldn't notice. I ended up having to clean the spots myself and they came right off with a little scrubbing. For the amount I paid it should have been done thoroughly. It's wrong to charge someone for a full detail and not even do the work. I will take my money elsewhere with honest people. read more

I had two cars detailed back to back in two weekends. One was done at a popular local carwash and the other at Alvaro Auto Detail. Let me just tell you, I'm quite unhappy with myself that I didn't take the first car to Alvaro. Alvaro worked on my 17 year old car that looked quite ugly. Paint was oxidized. Interior was full of dust and seats/carpet were stained. It was just looking so miserable and needed professional help. When I picked it up a few hours later, the car looked 1000 times better. I went around to examine every inch of the car, and it just awed me to see how much care he's put in the car. It looked simply amazing. Alvaro's shop is clean. He's super nice and professional. Price is pretty good. My passenger seat is now brand spankin new!! Embarrassingly, I forgot that I left an orange in the back seat of my car before I left on a 2 week trip and it eventually molded onto the seat ‍ it was gross and I couldn't get the stain out myself. In less than 15 minutes, Alvaro took the stain out and even went the extra mile to clean the entire passenger seat area. My passenger seat now smells and looks amazing. I need my car detailed went in first he said 100$ okay fair price he said it would take 3 hours which it did and it looked great clayed bar it and everything very nice but then he said that he told me 120$ at that point I was frustrated but he did a good job so whatever it's fine after a couple days I notice dried up wax all along the weatherstripping of my car and some of it in the paint I am very unhappy that he did this to my car I tried to wash it but it won't come off very disappointed read more

He is very accommodating and my lifesaver. I asked a couple of auto detailing shops on Yelp about the small scope of stains on the passenger seat and most detailing shop refused to provide the service, but he immediately replied for a very reasonable quote. I went there today during my lunch time and he said it would take 30 mins but it only took 15 mins and I was able to have lunch. On top of all, the stain is gone and the seat comes back like before. I was shocked when I saw how clear my headlights were. They look brand new!!! My headlights were so yellow I couldn't see in the dark, no exaggeration. Got my tundra done here for $140 plus $20 tip which includes focusing on the exterior (clay bar and light scratches) and light vacuum and wipe down interior. I was informed by the owner that he can take out the bush scratches. I got the truck 4 hours later and notice the scratches were still there. I asked him about it and he replied I did the best I could to take most of it out. After leaving that shop, I went to work and did a full walk through and notice clay bar wax by back fenders, and a few on side doors. Also, there was water drips throughout the truck. Very disappointing. It seems the owner didn't took the time to check the small things. guess I pay what I get. I won't be coming back or recommend this to any one read more

I took my car in for a complete detail which cost $220 overall Alvaro seems to know what he's doing he seems to have experience but I feel like he is gettingsloppy my cat definitely looked better than when I took it in but when you take your car in for a detail you expect for all the details to be taken care of that is the reason that detail jobs can be so pricey I found there to be a lack of attention to detail. Stains that could have been easily removed and places that required a wipe down we're not touched a lot of small nooks and crannies we're not taking care of. Apart from missing a lot of the details I seems like his wax or polishing job was not that careful there's a lot of leftover wax on some of the trim it turns into an eyesore just seeing that left over dry wax and knowing that I paid so much for what more or less was a good car wash with a soso Polish definitely not worth the 220. read more
