Ok first off so you know right out the gate... I did not pursue any business with this company due to their pricing, which is the only focus for this review. So the story goes like this. I had a late model Acura TSX I needed detailed, inside and out. I needed it done super quick because the new owner wanted the car pronto. I couldn't use the auto detail company I'd used previously because they were booked out for a week. They did an amazing full blown detail I might add. Anyway, I wanted a good interior cleaning and exterior polish and wax. I got several quotes from other business as well. I found pricing through Wax Junkies was more than double not only compared to the business I'd previously used but also compared to all of the many quotes I recently received. Now in all fairness I can't speak on how one detailers process compares to another one. For all I know some use a magical Harry Potter wax that lasts 1000 years and makes your car bullet proof. I'm so relieved I went to Joe for this particular issue. I drove over what seemed like some kind of packaging foam on the road, which melted from the car heat and left stubborn streaks of residue on the front of my bumper. I took it to my dealership overnight and even tried alcohol & acetone at home, all with no improvement. Joe was professional, empathetic & realistic over the phone about what could be done and pricing. He accommodated my schedule and I was able to stop by last minute. Within half an hour, he wet sanded & buffed the section and the streaks were completely gone. When I got home, I couldn't even find the area that was worked on because it looked no different from the rest of my car. Success! My alternative would have been to consider something more expensive or time-consuming, even a paint job. I met Joe while one of my neighbors was using WJD's service. Their car looks great so I booked with Joe on the spot for the next week. I have a 2003 G35 I like to baby.
