I appreciate the quality of the actual build. However, the finishing details and communication could have been better. During the tear-out, they cut back my existing fencing and left a gap in the perimeter. They also drilled some unnecessary holes into my home's stucco when installing the gate and left them unpatched. I pointed the gap and holes out to the workers on-site, but they weren't addressed. When I contacted management, they initially tried to upsell me a $700 repair. They eventually offered to come out and fix the gap as a courtesy, and workers actually showed up unexpectedly twice to handle it. Unfortunately, due to some scheduling disorganization, the work was never completed, and the gap and stucco holes remain unresolved. They do nice work on the fence itself, but they really need to improve on communication and following through on the final details of a project.
