He showed me that "whoever" tried to change the battery had ripped out a few components, actually showing me what the missing pieces were... Don Basch broke my watch, then claimed it was unfixable. The Ring: The ring is rose gold with a modified, diamond lined infinity band. The 1.0 karat round diamond sits elevated on top. Folks, this is the most attractive ring anyone of our peers have ever seen. it is NOT a 20,000$ ring, yet Veronica's ring gets compliments more than those who have far more expensive rings. Why? it is because Rivchun and Sons know what they are doing. It is the woman whose finger the ring is on... It is the custom work... and lets face it, the high grade diamonds make a huge difference. First experience... I came out from Los Angeles, as my brother and relatives in the past have used Rivchun. The Rivchuns are now the Soukeniks, and Joe Soukenik is the master jeweler and owner. Been there for most of his life, smiling with thanksgiving. His staff is friendly, all of them are into what they do. Without exaggeration, Joe Soukenik has probably brought hundreds of individuals in to his windowed office and has spent the great expense of time with them explaining Diamonds (gradations, shapes, ratings, and all the rest). He took Veronica and I into his office and spent an hour and a half with us. He is so excited about his work, and you can tell that it isn't a rouse. He would've spent 5 hours with us if we had that many questions. We left with greater understanding. Joe is a disarming, attentive person. We live in LA, grew up in Cleveland. i'll tell you, I don't know one Clevelander that doesn't consider a work week to be less than 50+ hours. The best, and they pride themselves on their work, which is why Clevelanders set a high bar for the businesses they patronize. In LA, we give thanks if an employee says hello. Joe, thank you for your endless patience. At no point did your tail feathers get ruffled, as I know I delayed and kept changing ideas. Anyways, we are so happy to be established with you all. Joe has recently been blessed (and he knows it) to have his son Jack join the team. Jack is a younger version of Joe and emits the same high vibes. Rare. While it may exist, I know of no other jeweler that will treat each customer with the same respect and same price point. I am not the most trusting when it comes to jewelers. I checked out everything claimed here, and voiced skepticism. Rivchun holds up and they are smart because they do what they love and beleive in great service. The Parking is simple, for being in a historic downtown Cleveland building. you simply park on the 3rd or 4th floor in the parking garage next door, and there is a skywalk to the City Club building. Fun. Bonus: For our wedding, they loaned Veronica these jaw dropping barcelona diamond earrings (potato chip shaped). It is these things that make a big difference.
