At the appropriate time on our second appointment they were a no-show, no calls, nothing. I telephoned and was told they would notify the service tech that I called. Then...nothing. No follow up call, no re-schedule. I would not be distressed except for the fact that my wife is a cancer patient here in Santa Fe with treatments or tests 4 times a week. It was very difficult to get one, much less 2 days, where I could wait for a tech. My lesson from this: those businesses that do not respect or value my time, or yours, do not deserve our business. And the cherry on top: the first thing that was asked for in booking the failed appointment was a credit card number.
