I was contacted via text that they were in the area trimming neighbors tree, so I took a chance and responded. Received a quote from Cash that i liked after a few questions and decided to go with them to trim my trees. The team and the mgr. arrived at approx. 8:45am after originally scheduled at 1pm, but the am customer cancelled. I agreed for them to come that early. I believe the mgr. was Alan, but could be wrong. He walked the property with me and discussed what i wanted and how they would take care of it. Through out the day we would be in contact for an update as to where they were at and was there any concern that I had. He was constant about keeping me in the know. At the end we walked the property again and anything that I saw that may have gotten missed was discussed and then taken care of. I would highly recommend this company. The guys doing the tree trimming were hard workers and worked fast, but there were a lot of small dead limbs that didn't get removed that I felt should have been included in the scope of work and included for the amount I paid for the service. I was told by the owner that the removal of the small dead limbs that weren't removed would be at an additional cost. The quote indicated the work would be completed in 1-2 days. However, the workers indicated they were complete and left the job in 4 hours. The work that was completed did look good, but I would recommend a detailed walk through confirming all limbs to be removed before obtaining a quote and making sure the scope of work is clear before signing the contract. I felt $2,500 for 4 hours of work was a little steep. read more

Wow! After only four hours, our yard and house look so much cleaner and neater than when we bought it sixteen years ago. Initially, I called to get our large oak trees trimmed. But then there was another package which I agreed to which involved cleaning gutters, pressure washing home's brick exterior, garage doors windows, driveway, and sidewalk. Their exceptional crew also cleaned out/mulched flower beds, trimmed shrubs, and raked all leaves in front and back yards.
