3/27/2014 "I had spoken to Jason earlier in the week about critters in our wall and he had been very professional and gave me pricing along with information on my situation. I felt a lot better about the situation. I told him I needed to get a few more quotes and would call him back later in the week if we decided to go with his company. Jason was great. He answered my call late on Sunday and placed 2 traps the next morning. He even rearranged the dirt and placed stones to block off other paths, and ensure the only exit is through the trap. Other companies I spoke with, wanted to charge extra to put the trap over the hole. It took over a week for the skunk to come out, but along the way Jason checked on the trap almost every day and let me know there was no pressure for having the traps in place for so long. After a lengthy siege, a skunk was trapped and picked up in less than 2 hours after I called it in. After, they reburied the hole and put some stones in the way, and gave me a no pressure estimate on installing a screen under the stoop to block future critters (the estimate was reasonable). No Call, No Show, No bueno. I spoke with Jason, the owner, just yesterday to schedule service to remove a birds nest from our attic/fan. I explained that I was desperate to have it fixed ASAP. He was very polite, and clearly explained what the process would be for fixing the issue and preventing this from happening again as well as what the cost would be. I was so relieved and excited to know that he was going to take care of this for me quickly. He said the earliest he had was today between 10-11 am. I offered to rearrange my work schedule to be here, and waited. So, it is now 4:30 pm - no call, no show, and didn't return my call or email asking if he needed to reschedule. I rearranged my schedule, wasted a day, and still have birds in my attic. Wasting someone's time is the most obnoxious thing you can do as a business person. I would have been completely understanding if he had called and I could have salvaged my work day, but he made no effort. I'm not sure how you manage to run a company with such a lack of regard for your customers or their time. Don't use this service. If I had seen the previous review sooner - I would likely have avoided contacting them all together. read more

I have used this guy's services more than once. The first time to remove squirrels. That experience was ok. After a few phone calls they were finally removed. Sadly, if you call more than three times in a week after not hearing from him, he will yell at you. Jason Leith trapped a skunk for us. T two weeks later, I called thinking there was another one and he said I had asked him to release the caged skunk into our yard! I tried to explain that there was a misunderstanding, but he hung up while I was talking and would not return my call. I wrote to ask for a refund, and Jason left a message shouting that I would get my refund because my money's no good to him and that I can't tell him the law (the person who actually took care of the skunk for me suggested it's probably illegal to released a caged skunk--they carry rabies). After all that crazy anger, he never even sent the refund he'd promised. read more
