After the person leading the class killed a roach that was headed for my purse should have made me run for the hills. Just don't expect a clean ac'd facility like it use to be on Mesa. Also Imwas disappointed in the wellness class that was for 30 min. I could lean much more from a book. It was really a joke. She was nice but nice didn't cut it.

That's a plus and they really focus on your mental game alongside the physical stretching. There's fast paced flow or long deep yin yoga stretches.
