Luis is a total professional from start to finish. The fact the he covered up the vanity, mirror, floor, and tile adjacent to tub in case of overspray was a sign of his attention to detail. Luis is super friendly and hard working. He and his assistant did a thorough cleaning of the showers, bathtubs, and all the tiles (including the ones on the vanity) in the upstair bathrooms of our rental property. The cleaning was so thorough that it restored the guest bathroom tub to a pristine state and the originally planned reglazing was not necessary. He also removed moldy silicon seals and reapplied them, and regrouted all the seams between tiles. The bathrooms looked amazingly clean afterwards; I couldn't believe they were actually saved instead of having to be renovated, which would have been several thousand dollars and at least two more weeks of time. I contacted three contractors for this job and Luis was the only one who does deep cleaning and re-grouting besides re-glazing. It was a tedious process but he was meticulous and paid attention to details, which makes real difference to the end result. He actually re-grouted the vanity tiles twice because I accidentally wiped away some grout when trying to clean the countertop.
