I was first introduced to Fountain Grove Medspa after having a very successful eye surgery from their affiliation with LaserVue Eye Center. For the first time in 60 years I can see without glasses! I highly recommend Dr. Bansal and his eye care team. Sadly, I cannot say the same about my experience with the med spa. After my surgery, Dr. Bansal suggested that I have surgery to remove my droopy eyelids. After meeting with Dr. Singh, another very professional and competent eye surgeon, the procedure was scheduled for last December. Due to a work schedule conflict it was necessary to cancel and reschedule the procedure . [[HIGHLIGHT]]At that time I was told I would be contacted for future dates for the surgery and after many attempts, and many calls to do so I was never contacted to reschedule.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Finally, this week an appointment was booked only to be told later that it had to be rescheduled and that would not be possible until after the first of the 2026, ONE YEAR after being told, I would be contacted to reschedule![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]At this point, I called the office spoke with A the scheduler. I explained how upset I was . [[HIGHLIGHT]]Several hours after my phone call with A she called me back and miraculously she found two dates to proceed with my surgery this year.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After much thought and deliberation, and in light of my experience, I decided to not proceed with this facility . I contacted another facility the same day. In dire contrast to my experience with FountainGrove, the new facility immediately contacted me , shared a very professional and informative hour consultation and scheduled a zoom conference the following afternoon with the surgeon , as I was traveling out of town for several weeks. After another positive, informative and professional conversation with the new I proceeded to schedule a preop appointment and surgery, all of which will be completed within a month. I am a medical professional, and I understand that the wheels can move slowly in today's medical climate. However, a year is a very long time to wait. I truly hope sharing my experience can facilitate the wheels moving a little quicker at Fountaingrove Medspa. I like my surprise lines and my crow's feet - they just make me look happy and expressive! What I don't want are the angry frown lines. No prob. She's a pro. It was my first time getting fillers and I was interested in getting some of the lives in my lips filled out and my tear trough filled on both eyes, which were pretty bad. First of all I was referred to Dr Singh by another doctor, and a friend that gets lip augmentation, which made me feel less concerned. I definitely do not recommend coolsculpting. I had coolsculpting done on my stomach and sides. I paid a lot of money and saw no results. I actually gained weight and lost no fat or inches. Very frustrating to pay so much for no results. The procedure was also very painful. The freezing during the procedure was horrible pain and the weeks after were very uncomfortable. The pain made it hard to sleep and unable to touch my stomach for weeks. I wish i had never done it and wasted so much money. Very disappointed and wish i had seen some kind of results. There also isn't a lot of follow-up. Just a recheck and basically a have a nice day and come back if you want to spend more money on more procedures. So frustrating read more
